Il Gallinaccio del Guadalupe Tuscany Resort In Grosseto

We stayed at this property at the end of December: my wife, I, our son, and our dog. The place is surrounded by greenery, in a quiet yet convenient area, just a few kilometers from Grosseto and other towns well worth visiting. The staff was extremely kind and always available. The breakfast buffet was excellent: varied, plentiful, and with special attention to guests' needs (thanks again to the ladies for the lactose-free cake). One evening we also dined at the on-site restaurant: very refined and with a pleasant atmosphere. I personally found it a bit pricey, but the quality of the food was truly excellent. Our little house was delightful: spotlessly clean (kudos to the staff), tastefully furnished, everything new, and very comfortable. Special mention goes to the shower, which was truly fantastic. We will definitely return, perhaps in the summer to enjoy the pool. The property also has a spa, but we didn't have the chance to try it.

Love it and great restaurant too

We stayed 4 nights in December. The place is very pretty, nestled in the Tuscan countryside where you can take beautiful walks. The service was excellent; everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room was well-equipped and met our expectations. The spa is excellent! It features a sauna, Turkish bath, pool, and shower, as well as a relaxation area where you can enjoy tea. €50 for an hour and a half of undisturbed relaxation seemed reasonable. The Gallinaccio restaurant is highly recommended! We had dinner there two nights and were truly satisfied. All in all, a wonderful experience, probably even more enjoyable in the summer.

A place I've returned to three times and will return again. Wonderful facility, kind, attentive, and professional staff. Fantastic, authentic food. I recommend everyone to stay there to experience the Maremma and enjoy a few days of total relaxation. Excellent value.

Short business trip, everything was fantastic. Easy interaction with the staff via phone/WhatsApp to arrange check-in after reception closing time. Large, clean rooms. Beautiful views of the countryside. Generous breakfast. All at a very fair price. I'll definitely be back.

For almost twenty years, I've been traveling extensively for work, crisscrossing Italy, but Tuscany—even if it's a bit more expensive these days—remains a magical place. Here, time seems to slow down: all around is nature, vineyards, and silence. You reconnect with yourself and with what truly matters. The breakfast is simply spectacular, with attention to every detail, and the restaurant... worthy of applause! Authentic flavors and dishes that reflect the region. An experience truly worth the trip. I'll definitely return; highly recommended for those seeking peace, nature, and good food.
