During my visit, I tried two signature dishes: risotto alla Milanese and fried polenta—and they were simply impeccable. The risotto, golden with saffron and perfectly creamed, had that velvety texture that only expert hands can provide. Each forkful was a balance between bold flavor and delicacy. The fried polenta, served as an appetizer, was a surprise: golden, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, accompanied by a cream cheese sauce that made it even more irresistible. A warm atmosphere, kind and attentive staff, and a sincere care for tradition. Last night I returned to Fortino for dinner and, as always, I had a wonderful time! I ordered a truly delicious mushroom pasta, a very tasty giant cutlet with a sauce, and a tiramisu. The place is welcoming, with attention to detail, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for a pleasant dinner in an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere!
