Next to the fòndaco (a medieval toll warehouse) of Lido Sant'Angelo from which it takes its name, a place with tables under a pergola and in a small outdoor square under the pine trees. Saverio takes control of situations and orders. He gives good advice and information, is polite and also likes to joke and entertain customers. Good dishes. All the staff were polite. Must try

I believe that beyond the satisfaction of how you eat in a restaurant, the service of the dining room staff who welcomes you and follows you in the various orders is a welcome start. This is our case, in which we were welcomed by Saverio, in charge of the room (and I presume also the manager of the same), in a very professional and friendly way, with a unique attention to everything that was happening around without ever giving in excesses! We ate various courses very well, all focused on fish and pasta (but also a typical local appetizer that certainly couldn't be missed...). Good overall quality and dishes well plated and served. Outdoor venue divided into two areas, well-spaced tables, average price and without excessive increases.

Nel cuore del lungomare di Rossano questa osteria-pizzeria rappresenta un buon punto di riferimento per una cena senza eccessive pretese. Malgrado il locale sia affollatissimo nel periodo estivo lo staff riesce a gestire con disinvoltura i grandi numeri del periodo. In quattro abbiamo ordinato una insalata di mare, due porzioni di alici scattiate (piatto tipico rossanese con pesce azzurro in padella aromatizzato in aceto e pepe) molto gustose, due primi ai frutti di mare ( buoni), una frittura mista, una porzione di baccalà alla calabrese e frutta. Con un litro di vino della casa pagato 38 euro a testa. Prezzi leggermente alti rispetto alla qualità del prodotto e al livello del locale, ma tutto sommato accettabili vista la gradevole serata trascorsa.

Awesome host lady greeted us with on the house appetisers then presented us delicious spaghetti, fussily and gnocchi alongside crunchy lettuce salad. Eating under massive old tree is just a cherry on top. Unfortunately she is serving pizza only in the evenings which I was very curious of the quality, after initial tasting experience. Definitely recommended with thumbs and toes up.
