Today, April 25th, we spent part of our day in Minervino where we decided to have lunch, guests of the "Il focolare" restaurant. Genuine cuisine, at km0... really excellent. Very kind, attentive and friendly staff. We will be back for sure!

We had lunch in this restaurant on Easter Monday and, not knowing it, we were pleasantly surprised: good value for money, courteous and professional staff, nice and well-kept environment. A note of thanks to Vincenzo, who offered free of charge to accompany us on the visit of Minervino and its surroundings, with historical knowledge and a lot of love for his country, which allowed us to appreciate it even more. Super recommended experience.

02/05/2025: The place is not too big but the quality of the ingredients is so high that it is rare in most pizzerias. We got two pizzas, a coke and a Hacker beer. Total price 28.50 (Diavola 9, frankfurters and chips 9.5, coke 2.5, hackers 3.5, covers 2 euros each). Everything is fantastic but I want to leave some advice to the pizzeria: in my opinion the menu is too short, only the particular things are there and for example the classic pizzas are missing because they are taken for granted... I didn't like this. Secondly, the tomato purée on the pizza had whole pieces of tomato, in short for many it may be a plus point, but for me it wasn't the best because on a classic pizza I would prefer it very velvety. Apart from this, top quality and excellent cleanliness of the place. We will definitely be back!

04/05/2025: Ci siamo stati ieri sera, su invito di un nostro amico andriese. Siamo in 7 a due passi da Piazza Catuma, in una serata di musica in piazza (tappa di Battiti live), in un ambiente molto elegante che profumava di antico e con un servizio attento e puntuale. Pizze di cui è complicato ricordare il nome, ma di fattura eccellente. La mia con salsiccia di Norcia, funghi e pomodorini freschi, da leccarsi i baffi, mentre gli altri commensali hanno optato per tipologie diverse. Bevande (acqua, birre, liquori) e buoni dolci, con prezzi in linea con la buona offerta. 4 pallini/stelline su TA e non 5, perché mi riservo sempre una controprova, che assegnerò, sicuramente, la prossima volta, se riscontrerò lo stesso trattamento di ieri sera.
