Il Fiorile In Alessandria

We had a delicious meal and enjoyed the amazing ambiance.

We enjoyed dinner!! After a hike in the Borbera Valley, we stopped at "Il Fiorile," a welcoming place nestled in nature, for dinner. We were inspired to discover new and delicious flavors, and also enjoyed an excellent Timorasso wine with an intriguing bouquet. It paired perfectly with a dinner of expertly prepared local products and unexpectedly delicious flavors. We started with the focaccia, followed by the mixed platters, followed by the first courses and, if we were hungry, the tasty second courses, and finally, we were enveloped by the sweet taste of the desserts. BRAVO!!!! A truly excellent dinner, one we'll repeat for the flavors and the kindness of the hosts!!! Thank you also for the invaluable advice on our choices.

Well, sometimes you get lucky. Even though it started in the rain and mud of the Apennines, our first leg of the Rebels' Walk ended in this wonderful property. The extremely kind staff and owner Manuela welcomed us (we were soaked) with great kindness and spontaneity. The rooms are nothing short of perfect, and even heated (which we were very pleased with). They were essential for continuing our journey the next day perfectly rested. Perfect dinner and a great selection of wines. Sumptuous breakfast. So thank you! Manuela got us off to a great start, and she also delighted us with stories about the property's origins and how she, her husband, and her daughter were involved in the project of making this "resort" a vibrant, welcoming place of the highest quality.

A lovely surprise, hard to find fault with. Clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful location surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Small pool, but well-suited to the setting. Good food, with great attention to detail and excellent staff courtesy. We'd love to return.

I would like to point out that I only used the restaurant service and I was very satisfied.

During the Rebels' Walk, seven of us stopped at this guesthouse after the first stage! A tastefully renovated and furnished country farmhouse, excellent dinner and breakfast!

Spacious and clean rooms, very kind owner, beautiful and quiet place, more than fair price, we will return
