Il Fiorentino Ristorante In Bronte

Location veramente molto bella, caratteristica, tipica, si presta a dettagli estetici di spessore artistico armonioso, personale sorridente e molto accogliente, solare. Il cibo è delizioso, squisito, la cucina casereccia utilizza prodotti tipici del posto che rendono qualsiasi pietanza oltre che genuina, qualitativamente eccellente. Ho preso un filetto di vitello con salsa di pistacchio, me ne sono innamorata letteralmente, non ho mai mangiato così bene. La carne tenerissima esalta il palato, cotta al punto giusto né troppo cotta, né troppo cruda, sembra sciogliersi in bocca, ogni morso esalta le papille gustative. La qualità del cibo e della cucina è veramente elevata, L’ambiente famigliare ti fa sentire accolto, in casa. Decisamente soddisfatta della mia cena. Il dolce (la torta al pistacchio, accompagnata dal gelato al pistacchio VERO di Bronte) squisitamente deliziosa, curata nel dettaglio, fa sognare. Tutto veramente delizioso, di una bontà unica. Assolutamente consigliato per chi, stanco di mangiare cibo industriale preferisce affidarsi a dei veri e propri professionisti della cucina e del cibo biologico. Ps. Hanno anche cucina per celiaci.

I ate here at lunch time, arrived at around 12:45, the restaurant was very empty, but when I left approximately an hour later it was all full. I had the Casarecce Invernali al Pistacchio, which were very good, much better than I thought they would be judging from the quality of the service. I also had the Involtini with Pistachio which were also quite good. I would say there was the right balance of flavours without the pistachio sauce becoming nauseating. My problem with this place is that the waitress was uninformed, and unable to answer my questions without asking the manager. For example, I asked for the WiFi and was told she was going to ask, but then she never got back to me. Same thing goes for the bill, where I asked her if she could bring it, she says to let her tell the manager, and then I had to ask the manager myself. The glasses that were used in the different tables were different from table to table, with no consistency. The cutlery looked like it came from 2 different sets. We were brought a snack while we were waiting for the main courses to arrive, without any explanation they were left on our tables, served in a way that was also a bit unappealing. Considering the quality of the food, I would recommend this place to someone who’s not bothered by these issues. But I doubt I will return.

Really nice place, excellent welcome and attention given to us, there were 6 of us and a 14 month old girl, they gave us excellent treatment and the little girl enjoyed every taste. First courses taken, casarecce with ragù and casarecce alla norma very good, we cleaned our plates. Second cutlet, also for the little girl and ribeye, very tender meat. The dessert prepared by them: pistachio cake with ice cream was the icing on the cake. Recommended place, we will definitely return.

returning to this place is always nice...we were there today for lunch and returned home happy and satisfied...all the food from the appetizers, platters, first courses, desserts are impeccable...well done Maria who, despite doing everything in the room alone, is always there attentive and tries to please customers in the shortest time possible...we will certainly return whenever we can...satisfying 😌

Cozy restaurant, with quality ingredients and fantastic staff. We arrived at 2.15pm, the restaurant was full, the girl (who served all the tables tirelessly on her own and who, I believe, is also the owner) still let us sit, pointing out, however, that we would have to be patient, as the weather waiting time would have been longer than usual. We had a Sicilian appetizer (12 euros, if I remember correctly) which was very good. On the plate various pancakes, olives, caponata, aubergine parmigiana, cold cuts, cheeses, and more. Then a plate of homemade pasta with aubergines, tomato, onion and pistachio and lamb mutton. Again, fantastic dishes, homemade pasta, quality ingredients. Finally, pistachio cake, with pistachio ice cream, a perfect way to end lunch. Drink water and a quarter of red wine. Total bill 60 euros. Really a great place.

Having paid a visit to Nelson Castle we decided to stop in the area for lunch and by chance we found a place in this very welcoming and tidy place. We were served promptly even though there was only one person serving and we were really surprised by the quality of the food. Homemade pasta, local oil with a strong and decisive flavor and quite varied dishes for both the first and second courses. We will definitely be back!

I stopped by chance at this restaurant after seeing Nelson Castle. I ate divinely fresh products... Kind people
