Welcoming, tidy and clean internal environment. In the summer I believe you can also eat in outdoor spaces. Menu based on Roman cuisine. We chose battered vegetables and fried artichoke as an appetizer, carbonara as a first course, tuna slices as a second course, and hazelnut tiramisu cream as a dessert. I would say the starters were perfect. Well fried without being greasy. The carbonara follows the true original recipe, therefore a little heavy, but it is well known that the Roman culinary art is not very suitable for diets... the tuna is very fresh and well cooked. The dessert was good, but not very good for our tastes. We will take this opportunity to return and try another dessert. The choice of wines is wide and in harmony with the menu. Fairly high price, however adequate for the place and the quality presented at the table. We were satisfied.

Restaurant with typical Roman cuisine located a few minutes from the Vittoriale, reachable on foot. Small but very welcoming environment and friendly and helpful staff. We ordered a fried cod for 2, a carbonara and an off-menu (tagliatelle with sausage and artichokes), all very good. Good value for money.

A few steps from the Vittoriale, this delightful place offers typical Roman dishes also available in a gluten-free version. Excellent and refined environment, very friendly manager but above all very very interesting dishes. The cacio e pepe I ordered was among the best I've ever tried, even directly in its Roman homeland. Wide selection of wines and exquisite dessert list. I would say that this Roman culinary proposal in Gardone Riviera is of absolute interest! We'll be back!

Sehr nettes kleines Restaurant. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Excellent cuisine, historic venue, kindness and helpfulness.
Reservation recommended, seats are a bit small.
The bill was a little steep, especially if you asked to remove parts of dishes that you couldn't eat, you would expect to pay something less, not more.
Nonetheless, a positive experience.

Ate dinner here in August and it was amazing! We wanted some good carbonara and tiramisu on our trip around Lake Garda and were very pleased with our food at Il Fiore di Zucca. There were delicious stuffed eggplants (one of the most delicious vegan meals I had my entire two months in Italy!) and amazing desserts. The seating outside was also really beautiful. Couldn’t recommend more!
