What can I say, fantastic place and wonderful food.......

Nice dining experience. Chef Elia has flair, talent and passion. He knows the raw material and knows how to interpret it with a modern twist. Also recommended for the wonderful view. The hotel is also in the same building. We stayed there for one night and had a great time. An excellent combination!

Gem with the view. This place figured out a formula for a great dining experience. View of the sea, lighting, soundtrack, table setting-all works! Frefix menue starts with 6 mini servings of seafood bites. The second dish is a signature and a treat. Tender white fish filet in a light cheese sause "puddle" with pistachio crumble and shaved black truffle. It's just delicious. Unfortunately, there is no policy or recommendation on the cellphone use in an otherwise fine dining space. Someone at the next table can have a refined meal and watch a video or a game on a loud speaker mode (headphones?). Or call from the table and loudly chat for 30 min... It's not cool or considerate or conducive to the high-quality food and atmosphere enjoyment. It is one of the best seafood restaurants in the area.

The menu was fabulous and extremely well explained by the service, including a very appropriate wine recommendation and further information and details about products and the region. Next time we will come on a warm summer evening so that we can still enjoy the beautiful terrace with a view of the sea.

First of all the location, very nice and well looked after; on the road to Tellaro with the sea in sight and internally very refined and furnished with paintings and artistic works. The service was impeccable, from the wine recommendations to the description of the dishes, all with the right kindness and courtesy. The food is very well prepared, the search for particular and often surprising flavors and combinations is noticeable. You can choose both à la carte and tasting menus, a truly beautiful and pleasant experience. Recommended dish: Steamed cod on tomino fondue with fresh truffle and chopped pistachios.

We dined outdoors in an extremely atmospheric setting: among the olive trees and with a stupendous view. Everything above average from the service to the quality and originality of the food. Absolutely worth trying.

Cena sotto gli ulivi. Accoglienza top, Federica impeccabile e discreta. Menù Fiascherino eccezionale. Il dessert mi ha commosso.

figlia ed io abbiamo cenato internamente causa pioggia, nonostante questo siamo stati accolte da un’atmosfera molto piacevole, che ripagava l’esperienza mancata del cenare nel giardino, che a sua volta vale la visita. La qualità e la presentazione dei piatti ci ha soddisfatte pienamente. Ricercatezza, senza eccessi, con piatti anche della tradizione assolutamente impeccabili. Di tutto rispetto gli assaggi in entrata, che coniugano sapore e raffinatezza e che giustificano ampiamente il prezzo del coperto. Non possiamo dire nulla sui dolci perché le porzioni più che adeguate di antipasto e primo non hanno lasciato il posto per altro, ma a giudicare dalle immagini, è stato un vero peccato non averli assaggiati. Un grazie speciale allo chef Elia per la sua gentilezza e la sua disponibilità a voler rimediare ad una mia dimenticanza: davvero gentile. Arrivederci alla prossima estate.
