What can I say, fantastic place and wonderful food.......

Nice dining experience. Chef Elia has flair, talent and passion. He knows the raw material and knows how to interpret it with a modern twist. Also recommended for the wonderful view. The hotel is also in the same building. We stayed there for one night and had a great time. An excellent combination!

Gem with the view. This place figured out a formula for a great dining experience. View of the sea, lighting, soundtrack, table setting-all works! Frefix menue starts with 6 mini servings of seafood bites. The second dish is a signature and a treat. Tender white fish filet in a light cheese sause "puddle" with pistachio crumble and shaved black truffle. It's just delicious. Unfortunately, there is no policy or recommendation on the cellphone use in an otherwise fine dining space. Someone at the next table can have a refined meal and watch a video or a game on a loud speaker mode (headphones?). Or call from the table and loudly chat for 30 min... It's not cool or considerate or conducive to the high-quality food and atmosphere enjoyment. It is one of the best seafood restaurants in the area.

The menu was fabulous and extremely well explained by the service, including a very appropriate wine recommendation and further information and details about products and the region. Next time we will come on a warm summer evening so that we can still enjoy the beautiful terrace with a view of the sea.

First of all the location, very nice and well looked after; on the road to Tellaro with the sea in sight and internally very refined and furnished with paintings and artistic works. The service was impeccable, from the wine recommendations to the description of the dishes, all with the right kindness and courtesy. The food is very well prepared, the search for particular and often surprising flavors and combinations is noticeable. You can choose both à la carte and tasting menus, a truly beautiful and pleasant experience. Recommended dish: Steamed cod on tomino fondue with fresh truffle and chopped pistachios.

Open kitchen with a view, the expert hands of the Chef and his team prepare the excellent quality raw materials with skill. A five star menu. Efficient and impeccable service in the dining room. My daughter and I had dinner inside due to the rain, despite this we were greeted by a very pleasant atmosphere, which made up for the missed experience of dining in the garden, which in turn was worth the visit. The quality and presentation of the dishes satisfied us fully. Refinement, without excess, with absolutely impeccable traditional dishes. The tastings at the entrance are highly respectable, combining flavor and refinement and amply justifying the cover price. We can't say anything about the desserts because the more than adequate portions of starter and first course didn't leave room for anything else, but judging from the images, it was a real shame not to have tasted them. A special thank you to chef Elia for his kindness and his willingness to make up for something I forgot: really kind. See you next summer.

E’ la quarta volta che pranzo presso questo ristorante. PRENOTABILITA’. Sia telefonicamente sia tramite Thefork. Il menù completo con i relativi prezzi sono accessibili prima di prenotare per cui si conosce in anticipo in quale fascia di prezzo si colloca il ristorante. LOCATION. Carina e tranquilla con possibilità di parcheggio. Si può pranzare sia nelle sale interne sia nel giardino. Tavoli sufficientemente distanziati. Mise in place adeguata. Atmosfera complessiva piacevole. MENU’. Sono disponibili 2 degustazioni: Menù Fiascherino (75€) di 6 portate e Menù Tellaro (50€) di 4 portate. La carta offre 5 antipasti, 4 primi, 5 secondi, 6 dessert. Carta dei vini adeguata. Esprimo il mio giudizio sui seguenti piatti. Entratina obbligatoria (7€) comprendente coperto e pane, 1 flûte, 6 bocconcini ben presentati; senza dubbio un buon inizio. Linguine alla pummarola di muscoli e basilico (19€) buoni, saporiti ed in quantità più che sufficiente; linguine cotte alla perfezione. Alla fine la scarpetta è d’obbligo. Lasagnette ai gamberi rosa e zucchine (22€), delicati ed un po’ piatti come sapore (mancava un po’ di acidità). Fritto di calamari (26€); la portata consta di n. 4 calamaretti con i loro tentacoli. Quantità adeguata per 1 persona (non pensate alle solite ed abbondanti fritture da condividere con altri). I calamari erano molto buoni, per niente unti, ma il piatto era un po’ triste a vedersi, senza alcun colore. Dessert (8€) : fico al rum, soffice al cacao e cestino di fillo molto buoni e ben presentati. Vino: Celsius 2023 dell’Azienda La Combiera (30€). SERVIZIO. Servizio complessivamente adeguato e veloce. Presenti due camerieri. La ragazza socievole e sorridente. Il ragazzo un po’ distaccato e freddo; personalmente mi ha messo un po’ a disagio. RAPPORTO SERATA/PREZZO. Con la voce serata intendo non solo la qualità dei cibi (eccellente) ma intendo tutto quello che mi ha regalato la cena e la location con la sua atmosfera. La serata è risultata complessivamente piacevole anche se il prezzo non è certamente economico (ma ciò era noto ancor prima della prenotazione per cui ciascuno si regola di conseguenza).

location suggestiva e molto riservata nei pressi di fiascherino. menù degustazione "fiascherino" da 6 portate a 60 € con percorso alternativo senza glutine identico. entree e primi ottimi, secondi degni di nota, dessert molto buono e servizio impeccabile che accompagna lungo la degustazione.
