Fico Trentacareghe is a restaurant that combines atmosphere, refined cuisine, and meticulous attention to detail. My fiancé and I chose the Fiascherino menu, but the kindness and helpfulness of the staff made it possible to swap the first course for the other menu, a gesture that was unexpected and much appreciated.
Each course is thoughtful and balanced, but the dish that stuck with me the most—the one I could eat forever—is the cod with tomino fondue, toasted pistachios, and Lunigiana truffle: enveloping, elegant, and profoundly local. An experience that lingers, not only in taste but also in the memory.

We had lunch at this restaurant after searching among the Michelin-starred ones, and we hit the nail on the head. Convenient parking, a beautiful and well-maintained restaurant, and some tables are set near panoramic windows overlooking the sea. But the dishes were the real surprise: all seafood, made with fresh, quality ingredients, and the chef's mastery in preparing truly delicious and beautifully presented dishes. The bill? Very fair, a welcome glass of bubbles, excellent bread, and six small appetizers: two first courses, a second course, a dessert, two coffees, water, and a glass of wine. €96. I almost forgot... the entire staff was friendly, professional, and prompt. Highly recommended if you want to eat excellent and never boring seafood!

Very nice place, well-set tables on the first floor of a villa with large windows to enjoy the view.
We were welcomed with a series of very pleasant appetizers, although they seemed a little lacking in flavor.
I chose the anchovy appetizer and the packets for the main course, which were my favorite dish. I didn't like the raw fish accompanied by figs.
The fig dessert was pleasant.
For wine, we chose a Vermentino.
I'm giving it 3 stars because the only thing that lowered the rating was the price, about 70 euros per person for two dishes each and half the dessert, a bit too much for what we got and how it was cooked.
I'm sorry, I won't be back.
