Il Fiaschetto Ristorante - Pizzeria In Collazzone

We had a fantastic dinner here thanks to the recommendation of our hosts at nearby Miataland. This is a beautiful restaurant with a patio that looked like it would be heavenly in the summertime. Service was excellent and we got by with a mix of speaking English and Italian. The menu is only available in Italian but Google Translate made it easy to order. We started with Il Paté di Nonna Lina (typical Umbrian paté), Mozzarelline (fried mozzarella), and focaccia with fresh olive oil, all of which were excellent. My dinner was L'Oca, perfectly fluffy gnocchi with a rich goose ragú, and my husband tried the Re Piccone, a selection of pigeon served multiple ways. All washed down with an excellent local red wine. If you are staying nearby at Miataland or one of the other, local resorts, Ristorante Il Fiaschetto is absolutely recommended!

Beautiful location with a very suggestive garden where you can have a pleasant stop. Good food and very friendly staff.

Nice place, attentive and professional staff, two flaws: burnt pizza underneath and grilled vegetables on the meat grill and instead of tasting the vegetables (which were fresh and of good quality) it felt like I was eating meat.

Super pizza...innovative flavors and excellent combinations! White top with yellow pepper sauce, burrata and sausage.

What can I say... it quickly became my family's favorite meeting place! Starting from the super welcoming environment, with a beautiful, well-kept garden that leads to the entrance of this modern style room furnished with important, truly original design details that already make you want to sit down... But in addition to this, one staff of super professional and kind young guys and a rich choice of menu that ranges from the vast types of pizza, to the numerous dishes of the Umbrian restaurant... up to and including sushi! We usually almost always choose to come and eat the pizza because it is really excellent (Neapolitan dough the way we like it, so to speak). The prices are also average and the cleanliness and "informal" elegance that is perceived are truly worth the trip every time we decide to return! I wish I could give a sixth star but I can't! Try it to believe it!

Beautiful location, very professional table service. The starters were delicious. The first courses we had were truly cooked to perfection and presentation top marks. We liked everything, including an excellent tiramisu. Thanks, we'll be back soon.
