03/06/2025: Excellent hotel located a few steps from the train station. It is a historic hotel in the center of Florence. Wonderful panoramic terrace from which you can admire the beauties of the city.

28/05/2025: Our family booked 2 rooms 216 and 214. Location is great. We paid about 3000 pounds for 4 nights. In the morning very noisy because the house keeping service to nearby other guestroom around 8.30 -9.00 am woke me up. Some front office staff was very helpful but some staff Elisa was unacceptable. I asked her to put the mark on the keycard so I know which keycard is for which room as we had 2 rooms. She declined because the hotel needs to reuse the keycard to the new guest after we checkout. Putting a mark on will be impossible to reuse the keycard for another guest. I am very disappointed. With the amout we paid 3000 pounds the hotel staff is so mean. It is just one keycard. Hope the hotel can be more generous.
