We celebrated our wedding on September 1, 2023. The guys were helpful and efficient, more than one guest complimented us on the place and the food, which is not a given for a wedding. The location is very suggestive and the staff works well. We had the opportunity to speak more than once with Caterina and Lorenzo, who often came to meet our every request. Daniel coordinated the event with skill (and put up with all of our suppliers, even the most difficult ones!) and Silvano was, as already mentioned, an excellent chef! We, and some of our guests, stayed to sleep in the rooms which we found very neat and clean. Thank you so much guys.

Wonderful place at the foot of the Sarzano Castle where you can spend relaxing moments savoring excellent dishes and enjoying a magnificent view. Excellent food and wines and friendly, helpful staff. I recommend it for aperitifs, dinners and the many events organised. Rooms are also available for overnight stays. Not to be missed!!

Yet another positive experience at Borgo Bianco Matilde! On Halloween evening we attended the murder mystery dinner and it was really fun and well organised, accompanied by very good food as always. We already knew the restaurant, both the winter and summer parts which have a beautiful view of our Reggio Emilia Apennines... the location is refined and intimate, the food is always well prepared with top quality ingredients. Excellent quality/price ratio.

We had lunch today at this restaurant Apart from the location in the historic village, it is very beautiful The place is small but very characteristic with exposed bricks and beams Modern furniture and few tables As soon as we sat down we were served a small canapé with mushrooms and lard accompanied by cream cheese An appetizer of Reggio Emilia gnocco and cured meats, truly excellent Two fabulous first courses: the lasagnette with sausage and mushrooms and the tagliatelle with ragù and Lambrusco The tagliatelle could have been more abundant Tiramisu and chocolate panna cotta to finish Lambrusco Reggiano for 75 in total

Pranzo perfetto!! Volevo fare i complimenti allo staff e allo chef!!! Posto curato, pulito e personale gentile e veloce. Abbiamo mangiato ottimi funghi fritti e carne saporita e beh cucinata! Posto suggestivo!!!! Torneremo sicuramente molto presto!! Grazie mille!!!!

Incredible restaurant !!!! Great service! Great view! Memorable food. Chef even stopped by to see if we enjoyed our experience. This restaurant on the top of a mountain with one narrow road is a hugely ambitious project. A unique and exquisite dining experience well worth the journey. (The waiter spoke English and was helpful delightful!) Don’t miss this great restaurant!
