Cucina ottimo, servizio rapido ed efficiente. Pietanze ottime, buoni i primi, salumi stagionati in maniera eccellente. Da provare gnocchi di patate rosse con ragù, lasagne. Buona tartare di fassona

It's the place of the heart for me and my group of friends. The food is delicious, the service super efficient, kind and welcoming. I organized two of my birthdays here, the place is beautiful. My friends and I are always satisfied. Thank you so much ❤️ you always make me look good

We had the opportunity to taste the food of this family-run farm. A few km from the Cisa motorway exit, among the hills of Parma, there is this splendid place (the last stretch of road is more demanding, but nothing to worry about). Greeted by the typical sounds of a farm, you enter rustic rooms, with an ancient flavour, well-kept and very clean. The dishes are all of excellent quality, with 0 km products. Advised.

We have been back more than once. Beautiful view both in summer and winter. Quality products at kilometer 0. You always eat very well at fair prices. Typical very particular place and the gentleman who runs it kind and friendly.

Beautiful farmhouse on the Parma Apennines. We went for dinner and ate very well. Excellent starters and meat-based main courses. The first courses off the menu available that evening were also very good. Absolutely worth trying again. Compliments!

We only stopped for lunch so my rating is for the restaurant. We had two starters, two first courses and two desserts: all excellent! The fried pie and the cured meats that accompanied it were very good and the potato pie is not to be missed; the herb tortelli were excellent (our little girl really appreciated them!) but the gnocchi were on a completely different level, truly delicious, they melted in your mouth and the porcini mushroom sauce was spectacular! The desserts were good and they closed an excellent lunch perfectly. We will definitely return also for the friendliness and hospitality of the staff! A huge plus for the animals: chickens, cows and calves and an adorable kitten!

Agriturismo a Fondega

25/04/2025: Siamo stati in questo agriturismo almeno quattro volte e ogni volta siamo usciti felici e soddisfatti. Antipasto imperdibile, talmente abbondante da lasciare il posto a poco altro. Oggi, dopo l’antipasto, ci hanno deliziato coi ravioli alla zucca e taglierini ai funghi, entrambi ottimi e abbondanti poi abbiamo chiesto pietà e rinunciato ai ravioli di patate e tartufo. Uno dei nostri commensali ha voluto però provare la tagliata e ne è rimasto entusiasta. Oltre all’ottimo cibo, l’agriturismo è impreziosito da personale e titolari gentilissimi che ti fanno sentire a casa. Prezzi più che adeguati alla qualità del cibo e del servizio. Straconsigliato.
24/11/2024: Pranzato una domenica , tutto ottimo e abbondante. Dagli antipasti che erano tantissimi, ai primi , sia le fettuccine ai porcini, che al tartufo nero. I secondi ottimi e i contorni buonissimi, oltre la varietà di dolci . Consigliato ,

LALTRO lato della Forchetta

09/03/2025: We stopped in this place while wandering around Parma and looking for a place to have an aperitif for lunch... I can say that it was satisfying as we didn't have a real proposal, we let ourselves be inspired by the menu... guys, I was satisfied, personally I had a savory breakfast, I received a plate with really excellent cured meats and parmesan, some scrambled eggs all accompanied by amazing white and pink or white and black bread... finally they brought me some toasted bread with little bowls of jam and butter... my husband I opted for a savory pie with potatoes, a generous and delicious portion, together with a plate of super fresh raw ham 🔝 the result was excellent accompanied by a delicious Virgin mojito and a crodino! What can I say, really really excellent... guys, keep it up, for sure if I ever return to Parma I'll come to you again!
06/01/2025: My partner and I stopped for a quick breakfast before leaving. Very kind staff, very nice location and right in the centre. The thing to highlight is the goodness of the brioches, perfectly flaked and filled. Which is no small feat in Parma. Also TOP bread, butter and jam! Also highly recommended for brunch!
