A truly wonderful stay! The hotel feels like a family-run business, and the staff is incredibly friendly, always smiling and helpful, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. The breakfast is generous, with quality products and everything is delicious. The rooms are welcoming, very clean, and well-maintained. Overall, everything was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

Maximum stars aren't enough to describe our stay at Duca degli Abruzzi. Pleasant and clean rooms. The hotel is located at the intersection of many hiking trails, making it an excellent base for walks. The staff is friendly and actively works to make your stay enjoyable.

Late, but I wanted to write... "At home," that's the correct term. A familiar and professional atmosphere, cleanliness, courtesy, and that uncommon touch of humanity. The room was truly clean and organized, with a bathroom equipped with complimentary toiletries, etc. Breakfast—or rather, lunch, given its abundance—was excellent and truly unique. The products were genuine and of the highest quality; they even provided a tray for us to carry part of the breakfast to our friends who couldn't make it. We'll definitely return to spend the evening enjoying an excellent wine with the family. Best regards, Luca and Ornella

A wonderful experience, spotlessly clean rooms with a fresh scent, a generous, quality breakfast with local products, and homemade desserts. The price is fair for the services offered, and I highly recommend it. A real gem: I've never found a place that folds your pajamas and puts them under your pillow... excellent!

Un elogio speciale alla proprietà di questo locale, attenta e capace sommelier!!!! Certo i costi per un aperitivo non sono economici, ma giustificati da una bella selezione di vini, ben spiegati ed accompagnati da stuzzichini leggeri e raffinati!

26/01/2026: Had lunch with a group of friends. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were super friendly, and the food was delicious. The first courses were indescribable. This restaurant was a pleasant discovery. I will recommend it and definitely return.

22/02/2026: A place close to my heart... Abruzzo feels like home to me. This little hotel is delightful, and the food is excellent, even for outside guests.
29/01/2026: I was a guest for work. If I ever come to L'Aquila for a vacation, I'll definitely stay at this family-run, yet truly professionally managed hotel. The food was delicious, with a freshly baked croissant for breakfast, just the way I like it. The staff were helpful and attentive to their guests' habits. They noticed I was carefully avoiding tomatoes and dairy products and offered suitable options without a word. I thanked them and explained my slight intolerances. The RESTAURANT/PIZZERIA is spacious and attractive, with rooms that sleep three, and tidy and comfortable bathrooms. But above all these aesthetic features, I have to give it a sixth star for the cleanliness of all the rooms. Finally, there's ample parking with a large solar shelter that can accommodate five or six vans or trucks.
