The Roman pinsa is excellent....light, digestible, very tasty in an infinite variety of flavours....not to mention everything else: excellent side dishes, delicious first and second courses...very high quality food. Staff and owner always very kind. I highly recommend it.

Today I tried their "maialata" menu, all pork-based dishes. I was pleasantly impressed! Everything really excellent. The red meat was delicious and soft. The characteristic bones are also of high quality
