Excellent place for celiacs, official place for gluten-free. wide choice of doughs with and without gluten. Appetizers and fried gnocchi you absolutely must try. Friendly and good-natured staff, excellent prices especially for gluten-free pizza. For my tastes, perfect atmosphere with killer background music.

Excellent quality of the dishes, especially the dough used for the A.I.C. certified gluten-free pizzas. Excessively long wait due to staff reduction. However, for an unhurried dinner, absolutely recommended!

17/08/2024: Rifugio è un pochino riduttivo, belle camere spaziose, nuove e pulite. Ristorante eccezionale portate abbondant, tutto ottimo, Annalisa in cucina fa tutto lei, i dolci sono indimenticabili.

27/12/2024: I have been going to this pastry shop for some time and I must say that it is always nice to go back. The staff is always smiling to welcome us and the quality of the products is excellent. I brought the Montblanc to a friend's house for Christmas... A SUCCESS! Truly the best I've ever tasted. Thanks for never letting me down. 5 stars are few, I would multiply them by a thousand!
