Small but welcoming place, generous portions, the starter is enough for two, excellent cured meats. The shank is delicious, tasty, you don't need a knife to cut it, it's so tender. The staff were very kind and helpful, the service was very fast (even though there was only one waiter). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We will definitely be back

Hotel Aquila Restaurant

13/05/2025: Slow and awkward service, good beef but only that, less lamb, side dishes to be reviewed. The gentleman at the register is super nice☺️
03/05/2025: En route to Rasiglia we stopped for a quick lunch at the Albergo Aquila in Caldare. The restaurant is simple and has a family atmosphere, with a classic menu of the Umbrian tradition. Quick and courteous service, perfect for those who are passing through but don't want to give up a hot and tasty meal. Correct price for what is offered. A practical and satisfying stop.

06/10/2024: Too expensive for very small portions. A 6 centimeter square of amberjack 22.00 euros.
06/10/2024: Posto pulito e accogliente, qualità del cibo ottima. Purtroppo si paga tanto e le porzioni sono scarse, se fossero un po' più abbondanti si giustificherebbe il prezzo. Un quadratino di ricciola, circa 6 centimetri 22.00 euro
