Tasty find, excellent fish restaurant, away from the coast.
I was able to taste:
Excellent frying (rated 9), very tasty little guitar, a pinch less salt and it would have been perfect (rated 9.5). Three chocolate dessert (rated 9) and gentian to finish. Perfect service, dinner at sunset overlooking the Gran Sasso, difficult to ask for more.
Correct prices, better than those on the coast. Fresh and quality fish.
Worth a trip out of town.

In the hinterland behind Atri I discovered this beautiful restaurant. We had dinner together on the terrace overlooking the Abruzzo hills... A magical evening accompanied by dishes of raw and cooked fish of the highest quality, presented and served by the dining room staff with the necessary explanations on the various ingredients. Dishes with unique and delicious flavours, I don't remember ever eating them anywhere else. It was a very pleasant surprise. Compliments to the Chef and all the staff.

The best fish restaurant in the area... starting with the delicious appetizers, savoring the exquisite first courses, then moving on to the delicious second courses... very high quality products, all surrounded by professional, friendly, helpful, hospitable and attentive staff in taking care of the dishes. If you want to eat excellent fish at "Desire" you have to go!

Serata eccezionale! Un sabato sera in famiglia,locale pieno di gente accoglienza cordiale!antipasti crudi eccellenti per qualità del prodotto accostamenti di sapori e presentazione! Who said that for a good fish dinner you have to go to seaside places?? Nestled in the hills of the Abruzzo hinterland, a sublime fish restaurant. Spectacular raw ingredients, soft environment and competence. Highly recommended!!!!
