Very good restaurant away from the tourist hustle and bustle! We eat fresh products, typical dishes and discreet and efficient service. Calm atmosphere, surrounded by locals who come to lunch. Very pleasant moment.

Unbeatable location in an authentic spot in Polignano a Mare, next to the square, which attracts tourists and local families. The service was friendly and excellent. The food was very well prepared and with excellent ingredients. Great family atmosphere.

We had the most expensive set menu. It was good but nothing extraordinary, hence the high price/quality ratio. The staff was pleasant, but the service was very slow.

In the tourist chaos of Polignano’s crazy prices, the happy island of quality/price. Fresh and fragrant seafood, crispy fried dishes, and first courses you’ll dream about for days. And then… a seafood tasting menu for €30?! YES PLEASE! A must-stop on our holidays in Puglia!

Locale piccolo ma grazioso, la proprietaria molto cortese e premurosa. Ho provato il menù antipasto mix e primo di pesce. Nella media, così come il conto, dunque se non avete pretese….posto giusto

08/10/2025: Good, fresh, and authentic food can be found in many places, if you're lucky. Opera is a surefire example, as is the courtesy expressed at all times—a word that sums up the choice and style. We were celebrating an important event for us, and the restaurant made us feel right at home with its simplicity and attentiveness. We'll be back.
05/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A wonderful experience at Restaurant Opera in Bari! The atmosphere is extremely welcoming, elegant, but at the same time relaxed — the perfect place for a perfect afternoon. The dishes are stylish, delicious and carefully presented, and every detail shows the team's passion for gastronomy. We had the pleasure of celebrating with our godparents one year of marriage, and the day was truly memorable. We would like to thank from the bottom of our hearts the two adorable Romanians, Otilia and Sebastian, for their kindness, professionalism and the warm way in which they made us feel at home. A place that I recommend with all my heart — the perfect combination of refinement, taste and authentic hospitality! 🇮🇹💫
