Today after about a year and a half I returned and as always this Trattoria satisfies my palate! A cuisine made of ancient, traditional flavors but with a refinement of zero km and seasonal products! They offer 3 fixed menus but the choice of the à la carte menu is excellent, you should try all the dishes! I will be back as always!

The restaurant offers good value and fair prices, but there is room for improvement. Although we enjoyed the atmosphere and service, it is unthinkable that in a seaside location like Polignano the fish is not fresh. The seafood salad was heavily dressed, almost as if to hide the frozen nature of the ingredients, and the calamarata with scorpion fish ragù clearly highlighted the lack of freshness. A solution that, if improved, could make the culinary experience much more satisfying.

Consiglio questa trattoria per le diverse proposte culinarie tra carne e pesce. Abbiamo cenato di sabato , antipasti ottimi,tagliata di carne e di tonno super. Abbiamo assaggiato anche la pizza ed è ottima. Accoglienza e servizio al top, gentili e premurosi
