Quality and friendliness: one of the very few places that encompasses both aspects.
Run by Mario and Miriam, fantastic people who express professionalism and experience through the goodness of their dishes.
I go back every time I can, highly recommended.
In summer, you can enjoy the view of the square thanks to its outdoor tables.

A nice place.
In view of my holiday in Puglia I decided to go to fish restaurants.
Impressed by the score and the reviews, we went to Cuccundeo, which was also well located in the central square.
As a first course we had the mumps with yellow fin tuna, datterino tomatoes and smoked stracciatella. The flavors were perfectly balanced and each one was just the right amount of flavor.
Satisfied with the first course, we took a mixed fry, a little disappointing for the white beans and the anchovies still with all the innards and the squid with the slightly soft breading.
All in all it wasn't bad, a nice place in a beautiful location waiting to be discovered, certainly not not recommended.

I bring all my friends who come to visit me in Polignano.
Chef Mario is unsurpassed in everything: meat, fish, pizza, first courses... all made with quality raw materials. Traditional recipes, but also imaginative and innovative. The immense house appetizer is unmissable. Highly recommended.

Arrivati a Polignano, bellissima città, al centro abbiamo trovato questo ristorante. Entrati, siamo stati accolti da personale gentile ed educato. Cibo molto buono e fresco dagli antipasti al dolce con piatti della tradizione. Prezzi nella norma. Da provare.
