Very nice restaurant located in the center of Polignano, a few steps from the famous promenade or the main beach. Reserved place with few seats. Inside, the room is spread over two floors, one main and one on a mezzanine, a little uncomfortable for taller people, but nevertheless characteristic, with a vaulted ceiling. The staff is very kind both in welcoming and in paying attention during ordering for any intolerance needs, etc., truly excellent service. The menu is not very rich, but there is everything that is needed, the tasting menus are a good idea, a sort of useful suggestions also to speed up the service. The first courses and the fried dishes are excellent, the desserts are also good. Good menu alternatives for vegans too. Average prices. I recommend it.
