19/08/2025: Let me start by saying that I've rarely felt so welcomed at a resort. My partner and I (a 25-year-old gay couple) were treated with great care and kindness, far beyond mere professionalism.
Reception
Staff always available. They even showed me the resort's floor plan (Dante Bini design) and responded with interest to my questions. One day, they even notified me via WhatsApp (I'd turned off my phone in the room) that I'd left the lights on in the car: a thoughtful gesture.
Room and Cleanliness
Apartment in the beautiful dome. Cleanliness was good, although the sheets had a few stains and the floors are only mopped once a week (but I'm sure they would have done more if we'd asked).
Sea and Pools
The sea was splendid, although the wind sometimes prevented us from swimming; fortunately, there are free coves nearby, and the property also offers a slight discount at a partner beach.
The wooden deck with cushioned loungers right by the sea was beautiful.
Two pools: a chlorinated relaxation pool and a saltwater pool. The card for collecting clean beach towels every day is very convenient.
Entertainment and Bar
Soft entertainment, discreet with adults. Evening shows are a bit dated. Two bars: "La Dunetta" (excellent ice cream, but avoid the iced coffee) and the upper bar, serving coffee, tea, and lounge drinks.
Dining
We were very satisfied with our full-board stay.
Breakfast: a wide selection of sweet treats, excellent cappuccinos (thanks to Antonia).
Lunch and Dinner: a varied buffet with salads, pastries, dairy products, meat and fish first courses, plus a fixed pasta dish with tomato sauce. At dinner, live cooking shows featuring typical dishes. The first course chef (a peer of ours) is excellent.
Children's Menu: freshly prepared pasta dishes by Antonia.
Superior Restaurant (reservations required): Extremely high quality, dishes worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant, such as smoked amberjack sashimi with mango salsa. A very light pizza is also available.
Waiting Staff
Extraordinary people who combine professionalism and friendliness.
Matron Maria: energetic, charismatic, incredibly sweet with children, impeccable in managing the dining room. Nothing goes wrong with her.

Antonia: smiling and attentive, she always remembered how much we loved our cappuccinos and asked how we were doing.
Assistant Manager Mariangela: omnipresent throughout the facility to ensure guests' satisfaction. She is a calming professional who seeks honest feedback, solves every problem, and answers all questions. She even granted us a late checkout, allowing us a final shower in our room after swimming in the pool.
A Special Gesture
My partner celebrated his birthday during our stay: I ordered a cake from reception, and the matron Maria, my assistant Mariangela, and I celebrated with heartfelt congratulations! It was beautiful and very warm!
Conclusion
The resort isn't perfect, but it won us over thanks to the people who bring it to life. Strong points: incredible staff, excellent food, well-kept sea and pools, large green spaces, professional lifeguards, inclusiveness towards LGBT couples, and the beautiful domes. We felt welcomed with respect and warmth. We hope to return soon. Thank you all so much! ❤️

Beautiful complex well located between Bari and Brindisi, near the pretty town of Monopoli.
Beautiful, well-equipped rooms.
Good Italian cuisine.
Good Wi-Fi.
Friendly staff.
2 beautiful pools.
Good entertainment team.
Cons:
Room soundproofing could be improved.
No real beach.
Parking is difficult as it's crowded.
Waiting at the breakfast buffet.
Basic breakfast.
Meals are not very varied.
Tables are set up for meals.
A car is essential.
