Beautiful venue inside a marina. On Saturday lunch we were welcomed with warmth and elegance by the owner. Tables well spaced and well set. The menu is delicious and original. The chef certainly has great imagination and creativity. Before the ordered dishes they brought us salted butter accompanied by an excellent hot focaccia and an entrée with fried sage and anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea. Much appreciated and delicious cuddle. We order an appetizer to share of fried sardines with horseradish mayonnaise. Very crispy fry! First, a homemade pappardella with cod and pecorino ragù and a seafood carbonara (chitarrina with squid ink, with carbonara sauce, cuttlefish, smoked swordfish, shallot chips). Beautiful, good and plentiful dishes. 3 glasses of Friulian wines. A bottle of water and a coffee. The coffee wasn't just ordinary coffee either: it was served with a nibble of chocolate mousse. A delicious lunch. A place to mark among your favourites. It's a shame that it isn't comfortable in our home but when we return to the Trieste Muggia area we will remember it! The very correct bill: 76 euros. Applause! Keep it up!

An amazing gem in the middle of San Rocco marina. The restaurant, as we learned, changed owners in October 2024, so don't be put off by the previous reviews - it's an amazing gem in the middle of San Rocco marina. We were very pleasantly surprised by the lovely ambiance and interior, friendly and helpful staff and especially by the amazing food we enjoyed. We tried several dishes: scampi crudi and amazingly tender octopus for starters, followed by beef tagliatta and pasta carbonara - both made to perfection. Highly, highly recommended!

The demands of the new team's kitchen are ambitious and are met. A variety of cooking techniques are used here and the dishes are designed with imagination.
Very attentive service manager, pleasant, friendly and personable. Good table culture. Reasonable and fair pricing.

Hoffentlich bleiben die neuen Betreiber dem Lokal länger erhalten. Der neue Küchenstil unterscheidet sich vom puristischen Vorgänger, der sehr auf lokale Produkte geachtet hat, durch eine größere Bandbreite, technische Vielfalt und einem modernen Anspruch. So gibt es beispielsweise Austern von Gillardeau und nicht aus Caorle oder Ston. Vielleicht ist die Küche dadurch verwechselbarer geworden, aber die Ergebnisse sind durchwegs ausgezeichnet. Vakuumgegarter Oktopus, der gegrillt mit einer Rotweinreduktion angerichtet wird, hervorragende ausgelöste Messerscheidenmuscheln in Sauce, etc. Die Bezeichnung der fischigen schwarzen Pasta als "Cabonara alle Sirene" ist irreführend, weil keinerlei Carbonara-Geschmack vorhanden ist. Das Gericht selbst ist köstlich, ein anderer Name wäre sinnvoll. Die Bedienung ist korrekt und sehr freundlich, das Restaurant selbst in tadelloser Ordnung. Starke Empfehlung, es auszuprobieren!

Ottimo servizio, elegante e raffinato! Trovato per caso passeggiando per Muggia, ma una vera rivelazione. Abbiamo cenato con antipasto, primo e secondo di pesce. I piatti sono abbondanti, ma soprattutto il pesce è spettacolare! Consigliatissimo
