I had the pleasure of dining at Covo delle Sirene and I can say without a doubt that it was an unforgettable culinary experience, which combined excellent cuisine with impeccable service. The atmosphere of the restaurant is welcoming and refined, perfect for an evening of good food and company. But what really made our dinner special was the service, which stood out for its professionalism and attention to detail. Federico and Marco are two true professionals in the sector, capable of making every guest feel at ease from the moment of arrival. Marco, with his contagious smile and his discretion, was able to recommend the right wine for each course, explaining each dish on the menu with passion and competence. His attention to the customer is enviable: never intrusive, but always ready to satisfy every request. But a person who loves his job and does it with authentic dedication. Federico, for his part, showed unparalleled mastery in managing the room. He was able to anticipate our every need, making us feel like guests of honor, without ever making us feel rushed or neglected. The harmony between these two professionals made the service fluid and impeccable, adding an inestimable value to our gastronomic experience. In short, Il Covo delle Sirene is not just a restaurant where you can eat well, but a place where you feel pampered and welcomed as friends. Thanks to Federico and Marco, we were treated with a rare professionalism to find, which transformed a simple dinner into a special memory. We will definitely be back!

I ate in this very welcoming place on April 27th. Impeccable service as well as the food despite the small portions. The discordant notes were the paper menu which appeared to be ruined (not at all adequate to the level of the venue), but most of all a couple of young people who were rather rude and over the top who throughout the evening EXCHANGED rather RUDE and EXPLICIT EFFUSIONS under the eyes of all the diners, who were visibly annoyed and embarrassed (including me). I expected the staff to intervene to restore decorum to the room; and don't tell me that the staff didn't notice this indecent spectacle, as they often went to their table to ask if their intention was to continue eating (implying to calm down). I may have been unlucky, but these things shouldn't happen in a certain type of place.

Every detail is designed to ensure you experience and enjoy a dinner that's almost at Michelin-star level. The staff is very well-trained and friendly. The pasta was a bit overcooked, but mistakes like that can happen when you strive for perfection. The restaurant and the food are of high quality! A restaurant that deserves a star. I highly recommend it. Kudos and compliments to the entire staff. Location: 10/10 The staff can recommend the best wine to go with your meal!

Everything was excellent, location, service and food.

Local located inside the Muggia marina with a truly priceless view of the marina! The waiters were extremely kind and knowledgeable and gave us really good advice on dishes to try. There were five of us with two little dogs (we didn't have any problems with the little dogs) and we tried appetizers, first courses and second courses. The dining experience was truly one of the best of my life. I enjoyed whatever food I ate that evening, the top was reached by the octopus dish which was from another planet and I say this as an octopus lover from Bari! Truly an excellent experience!

Fish restaurant located in Borgo San Rocco in Lazzaretto in the province of Trieste in a welcoming and refined environment furnished with taste and elegance with comfortable and well-arranged tables also outdoors facing the sea where you can enjoy excellent fresh fish dishes accompanied by a good selection of local wines and bubbles with professional and kind service. Recommended location for a pleasant and relaxing dinner especially in the summer season

Questo elegante ristorante, che da poco ha cambiato gestione, si trova nel complesso di Porto San Rocco. L’ambiente discreto, le luci soffuse e la musica in sottofondo lo rendono un posto perfetto per una cena di coppia. I piatti sono deliziosi, gli abbinamenti molto ricercati. Menzione d’onore al polpo come antipasto e al rombo come portata principale. Servizio eccellente, prezzi adeguati al livello offerto. Ci torneremo.

Una joya increíble en medio del puerto deportivo de San Rocco. El restaurante, como aprendimos, cambió de dueño recientemente, así que no te dejes llevar por las críticas anteriores - es una joya increíble en Muggia. Nos quedamos muy gratamente sorprendidos por el ambiente encantador y el interior, el personal amable y servicial y especialmente por la comida increíble que disfrutamos. Probamos varios platos: scampi crudi y pulpo increíblemente tierno para empezar, seguido de tagliatta de ternera y pasta carbonara, ambos hechos a la perfección. Muy, muy recomendable!
