Locale in piena tradizione pugliese, sia come location che nella proposta culinaria. Piatti tipici con qualche sperimentazione sempre azzeccata ed alta qualità delle materie prime (quasi sempre locali). Ottima anche la cantina dei vini con molte proposte sia locali che di fuori regione.

I've been wanting to discover this place for a long time, which has now become a point of reference in the area. I booked 1 month in advance. The expectations were high and I must say that they were fully respected, indeed even exceeded. Once inside it seems like you are in one of those old houses in the area with many small spaces transformed into welcoming areas. Simple but nice place. We had chosen the table in the external courtyard/citrus grove. Truly suggestive location, quiet and welcoming. As well as a certain type of clientele. The menu is not extensive but fair, with dishes and products that highlight the local characteristics. I recommend tasting appetizers with a variety of products and flavors. (I recommend removing the couscous because it doesn't harmonize with the rest). For second I had the mixed meat grill: excellent. The tagliatelle with fig lacquer was also excellent. For dessert, the chocolate spumone with a very good fig heart. The guys who served us were very good, polite and helpful. Well done! Overall an excellent experience to definitely try again and recommended to everyone. 10+

Returned to the Cortiletto for a late summer dinner with friends, after an excellent winter experience a few years ago. Abundant homemade starter, rich in cured meats, cheeses and typical dishes of the area. Good amatriciana half sleeves, very tasty. Varied choice of meat on the menu. Pairing - among the many local wines offered on the menu - with primitivo “Piscina delle Monache” from Cantina Tre Pini, served at the correct temperature. An original and special place for an evening with friends. It is advisable to book well in advance.

Il Cortiletto was a culinary highlight of our trip

Just OK but nothing more, it does not deserve the rating that I saw on the site, personally I took a steak, poorly dressed and above all overcooked, and in small quantity, and if we take into account the inedible withdrawal....in short, apart from the wine list frankly this restaurant is not worth the trip! not very far from there, there is the Narducci masseria, it's something else!

Good food, a decent attempt at making traditional recipes different and resemble fine dining. Very nice summer setting.

Excellent food, fair prices. A little too confusing environment and too hasty service; the period will certainly have had an influence - during the week of August we always travel at double speed and perhaps it is not the best time to test a restaurant. In any case, we recommend the visit.

Locale molto suggestivo arredato in stile pugliese con personaledisalamoltogentileedaccogliente. Abbiamo iniziato con una serie di buoni antipasti ad eccezione dei fichi in padella, non mi son piaciuti. A seguire dei primi buoni, in particolare quello con la crema allo zafferano. Buoni anche i dolce ed ottima la carta dei vini.
