Great food, second time visiting. Our first time was amazing. Have to say i couldn't remember it was so so good when we came back. Loved the food. The vibe. The people that work there. Definitivt going back next time we are in Puglia.

Exceptional starters and desserts, the first courses depend, I didn't like the mixed grill at all. Very pleasant atmosphere, very well arranged location, welcoming and relaxed service. We would return several times, if only for the starters, and to try the rest of the menu

Il Cortiletto - on Via Lecce 91, directly located on the SS16 road from Fasano towards Ostuni - is the Italian olymp of 'la cucina della mama'! Everything we had for lunch tasted extremely delicious. It was like eating in heaven. The atmosphere is both simple and magic and it seems as if only local crowd and best kitchen connaisseurs assemble there to celebrate their senses while eating with pure joy. We ate divinely, even though we had to book well in advance, high-level typical Apulian cuisine. Compliments also to the kind and helpful staff

Locale in piena tradizione pugliese, sia come location che nella proposta culinaria. Piatti tipici con qualche sperimentazione sempre azzeccata ed alta qualità delle materie prime (quasi sempre locali). Ottima anche la cantina dei vini con molte proposte sia locali che di fuori regione.

Slowfood in Apulien ist nicht sooo verbreitet, daher musste ich natürlich das Cortiletto probieren. Grundsätzlich gute Küche, z.B. die Orrechiette. Das Huhn am ersten Abend war ein ganz kleines bisschen zu trocken, die Caffe-Kruste am Medaillon am zweiten Abend hätte man auch lassen können ( weniger ist mehr ). Trotz der Lage und Unauffälligkeit immer gut besucht, unbedingt reservieren. Leider aber auch schon einige Gruppen aus den USA.
