We ordered the tasting course for four people. It was very delicious, and it suited the Korean palate as well. The menu mainly features home-cooked meals from the Puglia region. Almost all the dishes were from the southern region. We went on a Saturday lunchtime, and it was quite crowded, so it's a good idea to make a reservation.

At the foot of Ostuni, a charming and extremely welcoming setting with a wealth of Salento specialties, both in the food and the culinary offerings, and in the welcoming atmosphere. High-quality dishes where Puglia's traditions reign supreme. Excellent service, and highly competent staff and owners.

We knew the area well, and finally, with friends, we managed to visit the place. It's a unique venue, reflecting its rural roots. A very charming place, managed with refinement and a warm, friendly atmosphere. Every course is excellent, reflecting the local flavors. It was a pleasant evening, feeling like home.

The food was excellent, and the ambiance was meticulously maintained. Unfortunately, the service was a bit slow.

This morning I woke up craving true Apulian comfort food: orecchiette with ragù. Not having four hours to spare for a homemade dish, I started looking for nearby restaurants. And I decided on Cortiletto. When we booked, they correctly informed us that the table was in the courtyard and not inside. It's a good thing, because the courtyard is well-protected and decidedly more comfortable than the inside, further enhanced by Lea, our wonderful house cat. The restaurant is meticulously maintained and extremely pleasant. The service, despite the Sunday crowds, was prompt, courteous, and impeccable. The cuisine, perhaps too focused on the lavish appetizers that all trattorias require on a Sunday in Puglia, could use a little more focus and attention on the main courses.

It's worth not only the stop (it's the least you can do if you're passing through these parts), but also the journey...
