A truly pleasant surprise, the sea bass with a superb side dish (we had baked potatoes and beans with onions); the staff were friendly and helpful (they even found us a spot even though we showed up without a reservation). Recommended.

We found it almost by chance, we chose it by looking at Google... we were very satisfied with everything as a whole, very kind and professional staff, clean and welcoming environment, delicious and digestible pizza, excellent fish dishes and, I recommend everything, but the fried food in the evening is the first time that it hasn't caused me digestion problems, from now on if I pass through Rosolina I will not miss a stop at Corallo.

The food was generally good: the house appetizer was a bit simple, given the price; the seafood first course was very rich; the clam first course was superb, both in terms of the quantity of clams served—even a separate bowl full of clams—and the way it was creamed. The biggest problem, which won't keep me coming back, is the waiting time: it took an hour and a half for the first course, something I haven't seen in years. Every table complained or twiddled their thumbs in the excruciating wait.

All the servers were very attentive. The food was delicious and everyone spoke many languages. One server knew English, Italian, German, Russian, Scandinavian and a few others I can't remember. Very welcoming.

Today we ate at this restaurant, I must say that having tried them all in Rosolina Mare it stands out for the quality of the raw materials... Excellent seafood, soft cuttlefish and incredible octopus.... Fair price... Well done 👏

29/12/2025: A warm and welcoming inn in the Molise region that serves pasta, pizza, and meat. Variety is a strong point, as is the quality and service. We ordered a 2-kilo Florentine steak, raised on site, which was tasty and reasonably priced. We also had baked potatoes and an appetizer of cheeses and cured meats, both excellent. I really appreciated the combination of different types of salt with the meat; it was truly professional. The desserts were large and delicious. Finally, the service was perfect, staffed by young, helpful women.
27/12/2025: The food was very good. I got a Parmigiana pizza and it didn’t disappoint!
