Attention to the local area and raw ingredients is paramount. The menu, which follows the sea's riches, is a lovely idea. I would have preferred it written down, even though the owner clearly explains it. Impeccable service and a charming setting complement the dishes, which are a fine blend of innovation and tradition. The location is beautiful, and the view of the tower creates the perfect atmosphere. The staff, with their high level of professionalism and attentiveness, find the best solution for an unforgettable experience. From a menu full of refined and flavorful dishes, we enjoyed a delicious dinner made with fresh, local ingredients. The dishes were truly well-seasoned, even the appetizers, which were truly complete meals with generous portions.

A restaurant near the Torre Melissa Castle.
A unique atmosphere. Mrs. Franca exemplarily manages this beautiful restaurant, with tables both outside and inside the farmhouse. The food is authentic, the service excellent. The tower offers a wonderful view of the town of Torre Melissa and the sea. I recommend booking well in advance.
