Historic sliced ​​pizzeria and farinata from La Spezia, it had had a temporary setback with the retirement of the historic and legendary manager Roberto Morlando at the end of December 2022. It remained closed for several months, then in the autumn of last year 2023 it reopened with new management and obviously the doubt was whether it could live up to the historic previous management. We have tried several times in recent months and, in our opinion, the new management is continuing the business with dignity, the new owners are kind and polite people, who serve their products with a smile and do not disdain rounding the bill to the nearest cent. . The Farinata is not too thick and has an excellent flavour, and the pizza, although a little high, is nice, fragrant and well leavened. We wish them that the old customers overcome the foreseeable mistrust regarding the goodness of the new management and that we have the success they deserve.

Good pizza prepared in the wood oven. Friendly staff, despite the fact that they speak little or no English, this is really not a problem.
