Midweek birthday lunch: Spaghetti masterpiece, paccheri with catch of the day and fried fish, all expertly prepared. Excellent desserts. Very friendly staff, excellent service. Location overlooking the sea. I will definitely recommend and return!

The spaghetti with clams was very salty, the grilled fish was very good, the fried fish was good, the price was very high for the portions on the plate.

We arrived in Castiglioncello quite late. Once we reached the beach, we decided to book right away, as it was a beautiful day and there were so many people. The first restaurant we saw was "Il Coccodrillo." We went in, but unfortunately, they told us they had no more seats available. We insisted a bit, and the very kind man found a solution anyway! At 12:30, after a stroll, we arrived as booked for lunch. The place itself isn't very impressive, but since it's right on the sea, the view is beautiful. We ordered a first course, a fried fish, and a glass of sparkling white wine. I must say we were pleasantly surprised: the portions were just right, the cuisine simple and not overdone, the flavor of the sea always present, and overall, everything was very good, even the service was courteous and professional enough. My experience at this place was very positive, and we will definitely be back.
