I went to this restaurant in Stresa with my boyfriend and I had a good time. Small but beautiful location, nice and friendly staff. Good dishes and fresh fish. I recommend you try everything. If you are in Stresa, try it, it's worth it. sorry

I highly recommend, the chef is passionate, you quickly notice this when explaining his dishes. His different dishes are a culinary journey around seafood with beautiful taste surprises.

Excellent time in this restaurant in the heart of Stresa. The very friendly chef speaks very good French, a smiling welcome and a superb menu based around fish, very well executed with fresh and homemade products - even the pasta. Perfect wine advice. We took the 4-course menu and dessert for €70, which was well worth it. Highly recommended

Our best meal in Stresa! My husband overheard a random local store worker telling his customer this was the best restaurant in town. We couldn’t find an available reservation, so we walked in a few minutes before opening on a Wednesday and got lucky with a spot an hr later (keep in mind this was October so not high season). Service was impeccable. We tried the chef’s tasting menu and it was delicious. All fish, my husband asked for more raw fish, I asked for cooked fish dishes. Both worth it. My favorite part was the calamari appetizer and the dessert! Dessert didn’t look like much, but possibly the tastiest Ive ever had. Thank you for a great experience!

Esistono poche parole per elogiare questo ristorante. Il titolare Franco e tutta la sua equipe è stata perfetta, competente e gentilissima. Servizio in piatti stupendi visti poche volte ( frequento molti ristoranti);. Per il cibo occorrerebbe un lungo elenco: antipasto di pesce con letto di foglie di tonno essicato ( fantastico ), spaghetti con .. tanti pesci: superbo. pesce orata o similare su letto di verdure: ottimo. dessert di frutta cotta a bassa teperatura ?: squisita. Ottimo vino. Ripeto: complimenti a Franco. Evidentemente il costo è rapportato alla cena e al servizio. 10 e lode.
Per ultimo : cucina assai veloce sena lunghe attese anche con sale piene.

Quel merveilleux diner dans ce restaurant découvert par hasard en chinant dans les avis Tripadvisor! Une pépite, un petit bonheur.
Situé un peu à l'écart de la zone touristique, l'extérieur du bâtiment ne paye pas de mine, mais tout change passé la porte! Ambiance cosy et chaleureuse, joli décor, musique d’ambiance rétro au volume délicatement dosé, on est déjà dans l'Italie Mythique de la "Dolce Vita"!
L'accueil est très agréable, et le chef en personne vient vous expliquer ses menus et passer du temps pour vous conseiller un vin adapté.
Et quel personnage que ce chef!!! Ayant passé ses jeunes années de formation à Lyon auprès de grands chefs français, nous avons le plaisir de pouvoir communiquer avec lui dans notre langue, et dans l'assiette, c'est la symbiose du meilleur de la cuisine italienne et de la cuisine française qui s'exprime.
Chaque plat servi est un bonheur, on se délecte de bout en bout et le rapport prix-prestations est imbattable: 70€ pour un amuse bouche tout en fraicheur, une jolie entrée, un "primi plati "oreillettes aux fruits de mers"(plat de pâtes) à pleurer de bonheur, un "secondi" avec une dorade aux petits légumes cuite à la perfection et pour finir ces agapes, un dessert tout en finesse et délicatesse dans l'esprit d'une pavlova avec une meringue maison divine et un sorbet aux fraises des bois.
Merci au chef et à toute l'équipe pour ce merveilleux moment culinaire mais aussi d'échanges humains!
A ne pas rater si vous séjournez à Stresa!
