I had the pleasure of dining at Circoletto in Capo d'Orlando, and I must say it was a truly unforgettable experience. I chose their seafood tasting menu, both raw and cooked, and every course was a true discovery: the freshest ingredients, dishes crafted with attention to detail, and pairings that perfectly showcased the flavors of the sea. Special praise goes to the staff, always attentive, smiling, and professional. But above all, special thanks to Samuele, who looked after us throughout the evening with impeccable courtesy and great expertise, making the experience even more enjoyable. A restaurant I absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to experience an authentic, refined, and warm gastronomic journey. I will definitely be back!
