I was at a birthday party that went very well: everything was very well-kept, the atmosphere and staff were very welcoming, the food was good and plentiful. It was worth coming from Rome, for loved ones it is always worth being there and the Circoletto was the right setting.

From the first moment we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism by Gianfranco, the owner, who with his sincere smile and his passion for hospitality made us feel immediately at home. But it is at the table that a real spectacle of the senses unfolds. Each dish was a journey, a story, a surprise. The raw material? Simply excellent. Raw fish of a touching freshness, fresh pasta that tastes of expert hands and tradition, second courses worthy of a standing ovation. Impossible to forget the amberjack: cooked to perfection, clean flavor, balanced intensity. A dish that alone would be worth the trip. And then he arrives, chef Calogero, a professional of rare humility and extraordinary competence. He told us about his creations with authentic passion, explaining the soul of each dish, the origin of the ingredients, the reason for each choice. It's not just cuisine: it's art, culture, emotion. The service? Impeccable. The environment? Well-kept, welcoming, authentic. Special praise also goes to the cellar: a truly surprising selection of labels, with rare and unobtainable vintages that tell territories, stories and expert hands. Each wine served accompanied the dishes, enhancing their flavors and giving us further emotions, as only bottles chosen with love and expertise can do. A wine list that alone is worth the visit. There wasn't a single dish that didn't give us pleasure, amazement and gratitude. From the first to the last bite we perceived love, care and very high quality. Our vote? Five full, sincere, deserved stars. And a promise: we will return to Sicily soon, even just to be able to sit at that table again and let ourselves be enchanted. Thanks Circololetto. Very nice and elegant place.... The food was good... The only discordant note was after consuming 2 beers at the beginning of the evening we were told that they were finished... Honestly, I didn't find it normal and fair as an evening had just begun and the place wasn't full.... I found it to be a ploy to make us consume wine.... Too bad given that the wine drinkers at the table were in a clear minority and we had to settle for water... For the moment I will try other places when I return... You missed out on one nonsense
