I have been going to "Non Solo Piada" for years, it is a regular stop after the sea and I am very fond of it. On Sunday evening, six of us came to eat, and it was nice to find the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, truly appreciated. Precisely because I care about this place, I would like to give you some small advice as a regular customer who cares about your success: My friend who ordered the roll just before me was not told anything, while you told me that it would take 40 minutes, so I gave up. Then, however, her roll arrived regularly along with the rest, and I was a little sorry. The roll itself seemed less filled than those of past years, a little sparse. Unfortunately, my piadina with prosciutto, squacquerone and rocket did not convince me: the ham was not very tasty (maybe you could consider a quality prosciutto like Parma or San Daniele?) and the piadina did not bind well with the filling; perhaps a slightly more vigorous cooking would help to enhance it. One more idea: restoring the ice cream freezer could be appreciated in the summer, even if it is just a detail. Finally, a small aesthetic suggestion: the plastic trays could perhaps be replaced with wooden boxes, which immediately give a more refined and rustic touch. I really hope that these ideas are welcomed in the spirit in which I send them: not to criticize, but to encourage and help those who are starting out with enthusiasm. The potential is there and you can feel it, and I wish you the best for this new adventure!

Top welcome! Excellent piadinas filled without parsimony, cuttlefish and peas better than a starred restaurant, chips not greasy, well cooked and crunchy, everything delicious!! Compliments 👍

Strategically located for sports facilities and the water park. Good but average piadinas. I can't give a complete opinion because I've only been there once and I've only eaten two dishes. I give 4 stars because it was crowded and they were quick anyway.
