04/07/2025: Impeccable service and food in this bistro restaurant in the center of Forlì. Welcoming atmosphere and table service promoted. The menu offers interesting dishes including rabbit with potatoes which I highly recommend even if the quantities are modest. I had a plate of tagliatelle with ragù with stridoli mushrooms and pieces of bacon which was also very good. Finally, to finish, a lemon and pepper sorbet. Recommended.
15/06/2025: 5 stars at the next opportunity to stop by and reconfirm. That said, the Goddess of the scorching heat & the Hungry has providentially guided us here, and very well it happened. Only because of the boil did we not launch ourselves on a full menu, but each different course gave us the opportunity to discover new tastes, different dishes and all united by executive mastery together with quality ingredients. Tagliatelle with stridoli ragù, a humble local herb that did not give up presence and flavor compared to the meat component. Giardiniera of their production to accompany a delicate fresh cheese passed in the oven. A roast beef of value, fresh enough, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Desserts and ice creams made with... the raw materials they require: no sachets, flavor boosters, bizarre combinations. It must be said that savoring a celery sorbet, which tastes of celery in taste and simplicity, may seem trivial but is actually an enlightening discovery. A ricotta cake with marasca cherries and ice cream, exemplary. A tender cake with REAL pea mousse, seen and present, to give a different touch of sweetness. Kindness, professionalism and human warmth - which does not give sultriness - make it an absolutely must-see stop if you pass by here. You leave fluttering!
