Excellent food quality, lots of originality in the dishes offered, excellent wine, very kind and attentive staff, excellent value for money. Unique experience! Highly recommended to everyone.

Very nice environment, kind and knowledgeable staff, excellent service, we took a 350g fillet cooked blue, perfect. If you want to be picky, the black plate does not highlight the beauty of the food, with a light plate it would have been a starred experience.

A fantastic experience: everything wonderfully perfect...the location, the staff and the FOOD....I have never eaten such good meat, each dish was a journey through balanced flavors that invited you to discover the ingredients, believe me at least once Once you have to try this cuisine I'm sure you won't regret it. Mon compagnon a pris une viande qui était très bonne et j’ai pris un plat végétarien (flan aux légumes) qui était aussi savoureux. Le point plus faible : le service pas très sympa (quand nous sommes arrivés la première chose qu’on nous a dite au comptoir sur un ton assez sec « ici il n’y a pas de pâtes ! », pas très accueillant, c’est dommage …).

Come sempre non si smentisce. Cibo ottimo e personale gentilissimo! Siamo andanti per festeggiare un compelanno e ci hanno coccolato. Tra battute e bistecche per finire con dolci prelibati è il posto giusto per riempire felicemente la pancia. Carne ottima ( sempre su consiglio del proprietario) e vino ottimo! Un must ogni anno che non deve mancare!

03/11/2024: Ristorante situato in una villa caratteristica, in cui abbiamo anche dormito. Il personale e gentile e preparato. Abbiamo diviso dei primi, pappardelle al ragù di cinghiale e gnudi ricotta e spinaci, molto buoni e saporiti. Dopodiché abbiamo proseguito con una fiorentina e contorni, tagliata al tavolo dal cameriere (professionale e simpatico) e servita su pietra calda con contorno di verdurine e patate al forno. Avevamo ancora qualche spazietto vuoto e abbiamo assaggiato anche altri due secondi, agnello con crema di gorgonzola e guancia di maiale, buoni anche se non guasterebbe una porzione più abbondante 🤣 il tutto accompagnato da vino. Abbiamo concluso la serata con mousse al cioccolato (discreto) e creme brûlé. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono

Ristorante Alessandro

22/06/2024: I visited this restaurant 2 years ago and I was so amazed that I still talk about it and place it among the best places I've ever eaten. And in fact after two years, I find myself reviewing it. The cooked dishes were exceptional both in terms of plating and flavor. The raw materials were of extraordinary quality. The service was very attentive and Alessandro, the host, welcomed and pampered us as if we were at home. If I'm not mistaken it had only recently opened, there were very few reviews and I think Alessandro himself confirmed it... it was a great discovery. I hope to return to Chianciano soon to return to this place!
