We had dinner last Friday, the place is very nice, well looked after even in the details with a splendid display of the meats and wines.
The reinterpretation of the cappuccino is very good and I recommend trying it; the platter of Tuscan cured meats and cheeses and the tartare are excellent.
The Florentine was spectacular.
Cooked to perfection and delicious.
All accompanied by excellent wine and excellent service.
Thanks to Stefano, Beatrice and all the staff.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant.
Super delicious food, great ambiance, and courteous, attentive staff.
We love coming here. A must for meat lovers. The selection and quality are top-notch. Delicious tartar creations and great steaks.

The best restaurant I've ever eaten in: Florentine steak, side dishes, everything wonderful. The waiter Andrea is very nice and deserves a pay rise. Bravo! I will definitely be back!

All good and you can see that they pay attention to everything, both the waiters and the kitchen, but the meat wasn't so special as to make me say "I have to go back" (I took a Florentine steak, two appetizers and two glasses of wine).

Ristorante di carne. Piatti ottimi, eccezionale anche la battuta (noi incantati da quella burrata e basilico). Prezzi un pochino sopra la media ma cibo di ottima qualità.

It is a restaurant worth visit for sure when you come to San Gimignano! We try the cooking farmyard duck hanging with its stuffing, beef steak Florentine of the selection “Il Ceppo” and gratin potatoes with Parmesan cheese. All were perfectly cooked and very tasty!
