Amazing! A top-quality steakhouse with excellent cuts of meat and great service. I would definitely go back.

Meat specialty restaurant (don't look for starters!), a wide selection of local and international meats, dinner featuring a shared appetizer, followed by two fillets (perfectly rare) and dessert, and a wide selection of wines. Difficult to book because the phone doesn't answer very often.

Excellent place for Tuscan cuisine. We ordered 1.4 kg of Florentine steak (excellent) and a good Chianti. The place was clean and tidy, and everyone was very friendly. We'll be back!

Excellent steakhouse in the center of San Gimignano. Locals recommended this place to us. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food is very good, although the prices are slightly higher than similar restaurants in the area. Highly recommended!

Sublime experience, high-level service, the location a combination of the sacred and the profane that marries perfectly with the concept of this temple of meat, we had lunch with an amazing 1.8kg Chianina Florentine steak, tender, juicy meat aged to perfection, all accompanied by flavored potatoes and a truly excellent truffle puree, Brunello di Montalcino to accompany everything, to then conclude with an excellent coffee, I also had the pleasure of having an exchange of ideas with Stefano who made me appreciate this experience even more as I perceived the genuine passion and love for his work. My partner and I dined at this splendid little restaurant in San Gimignano, having booked in advance. You have to go down some stairs to reach the dining room, a cave-like brickwork with arches inside, beautifully decorated with bottles of wine and cuts of meat displayed in refrigerators. The food is exquisite; you can taste the quality of the ingredients; the meat was cooked exactly how we wanted it, and the seasonal vegetables on the side were also delicious. I highly recommend the white chocolate dessert; it's excellent and truly creamy. For wine, we opted for a Chianti from the San Benedetto winery. I must say, I'm not usually crazy about reds, but this one was so delicate that it went down beautifully and paired perfectly with the dinner. Excellent service; all the waiters were truly helpful and kind. I highly recommend it!
