I happened to be here... and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the typically Tuscan welcome and the good food. If you're like me and you happen to be here, STOP AND EAT HERE!

A great place to have a meal or a coffee, better if accompanied by a slice of berry tart

Kindness and helpfulness reign supreme here, along with the excellent sweet and savory breakfast that's more like brunch! A clean place in a quiet spot in the Siena area, close to many top places to visit.

The welcome and treatment we received were impeccable. Excellent and plentiful food.

I loved this place and would travel 200 km to eat at this wonderful restaurant again! Everything was perfect, the perfect place for me. Friendly, courteous, and down-to-earth. Service is quick because many items are displayed at a deli-style counter, and the staff are truly talented and organized! The dishes exude tradition, are truly delicious, and the portions are generous and filling. The star here is the picio all'aglione, but having tried other dishes, everything was truly impeccable and delicious! It makes me want to come back! It's important to call and book ahead of time because the flow of people here is substantial... who could blame them? Top 10+

We stayed here for a short stay in and around Siena. It was simply unique, because the owners are truly unique. Always kind, friendly, cheerful, and available to offer valuable advice on where to find local specialties and places to visit, perhaps off the beaten path. Their breakfast is magnificent, both savory and sweet. The savory options are all made with local specialties, from cheeses and cured meats to eggs (boiled, scrambled, etc.), while the sweet options are mostly homemade, including some delicious jams, most certainly homemade. A must-try, but not for everyone, is the "agricultural coffee," as they call it (once you know what it consists of, you can choose!) for breakfast. What is "agricultural coffee"? It consists of a "half liter of red wine" accompanied by tripe. Despite our best efforts, we didn't choose the tripe, and to be honest, we only tasted a small drop of wine, which was good (but at 9:00 in the morning, it's not for everyone...). But a stay with them is ABSOLUTELY worth it, and we'll be back as soon as we can. They're truly excellent and very fair about their prices.

Esperienza unica e indimenticabile!😍 Abbiamo scoperto per caso questo B&B posizionato in un punto strategico fra Monteriggioni e Siena e ci siamo fermati anche incuriositi dalle ottime recensioni di altri viaggiatori. I PROPRIETARI E IL PERSONALE SONO VERAMENTE MERAVIGLIOSI!!!🙏🥰 Gentili, disponibili, socievoli, simpatici, efficienti, attenti e premurosi e sempre pronti a farti sentire come a casa! Pranzo a base di tortino di melanzane ripieno di alici e tonno, vassoio di salumi e formaggi locali, ribollita, panzanella, patate al forno, pane, vino rosso della casa e tris di dolci. Tutto gustosissimo!❤️ E per fortuna che abbiamo bevuto due ottimi amari locali per digerire!!!!😅😅 Abbiamo poi deciso di fermarci a dormire lì. La stanza era pulita, arredata con gusto, con aria condizionata, con un comodo materasso e una bella vista sulle colline adiacenti e di notte era molto fresca e silenziosa. (PS il servizio bar è ristorante chiude alle 18, per riaprire il mattino dopo) Il proprietario ci ha poi consigliato 4 ottimi ristoranti fra cui scegliere a Monteriggioni dove saremmo andati per cena! E gliene siamo estremamente grati! Ma la vera scoperta è stata la colazione dei campioni!😻🤣 Penso, sinceramente, la più abbondante, squisita, variegata e insolita che abbiamo mai mangiato in Italia!😋😋😋 (Vedi foto allegate!) Paste dolci, crostate, pane, burro, marmellata, spremuta di arancia, salumi, formaggi e uova sbattute! E già qui era tutto ottimo!!!!💙 Cibo è servizio! Ma il punto forte è stato quando ci ha portato il vino rosso abbinato ad alici, olive, peperoncini ripieni di tonno, cipollotti, tutto sott'olio, più crostini misti salati e per finire la panzanella!😍😍😍 Cibo spaziale!!!🍷🍷🍷🔝🔝🔝 Ah e non dimentichiamo il caffè corretto con la grappa!!!😋☕🍾 Morale.... ci siamo alzati soddisfatti, felici e non abbiamo avuto bisogno di pranzare!🤣 Esperienza veramente positiva! La gentilezza è l'ospitalità dimostrate, ci hanno veramente scaldato il cuore! ❤️ Consigliatissimi al 100%!🔝 Prezzi per pranzo, pernottamento e colazione competitivi!😉 Disponibilità di parcheggio gratuito adiacente.
