A great experience, fantastic food, attentive and friendly service, and a reasonable wait time...what more could you ask for! Also great for celiacs, with revisited dishes and homemade bread. I highly recommend it.

A wonderful discovery. We'll be back to try other dishes. The surprise tasting appetizer was truly spectacular, as were the ramen and desserts. The schiacciata and homemade bread were truly delicious. Excellent selection of wines, with the option of ordering by the glass. Everything was delicious. The owner was very kind and skilled, as was the chef. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back. Everything is gluten-free; my partner is celiac and had everything, even their homemade bread.

An experience to try, and try again, to engage all five senses! Kudos to the chef and the entire staff for the originality, care, and passion conveyed in every course. Works of art on the plate. It was our first time. We'll definitely be back.

It's a wonderful place, you feel pampered, everything is very good and well-kept. The ambiance has been enhanced to the fullest, even though we're on the outskirts of town. There's a wide selection of wines for meals and desserts. The dishes are beautifully presented.

A modern osteria with various rooms and dining areas furnished in a simple, minimalist style. The lighting is good, if a little cool. The acoustics are acceptable. The menu is varied, with plenty of influences and reinterpretations of traditional dishes. Dishes are beautifully presented and, above all, prepared with care and professionalism. The wine list is limited but of high quality. The service is attentive, courteous, and professional. It's always a pleasure to return. Average prices.

A truly lovely, well-kept, and welcoming place. Excellent service: friendly and attentive. The dishes are delicious, especially the tasting appetizer, which is worth the visit! It costs a little more, but the quality is worth every penny. Highly recommended!

17/03/2026: A classic spot if you're a regular diner, and a must-try! At peak hours, the place is incredibly crowded, and you have to wait in line (which moves extremely quickly) to order. When it's your turn, you'll find yourself in front of the incredibly well-stocked schiacciata, pizza, and dessert counter, offering schiacciata in every combination of shapes and quantities of ingredients. If all the choices aren't enough, you can also create your own schiacciata. The food is excellent and the prices are truly rock-bottom; it's hard to find a similar level of quality anywhere else.
12/03/2026: I'd like to give Consuma a top rating: whether it's for a fun trip with family or friends, or a Tuscan tradition, the Consuma protocol remains clear: well-being and first-rate produce. Great work by all the staff, and as they say in my part of the world, "Take care like the Conzuma!"

03/03/2026: Delicious and very filling panzerotti, very kind and very friendly service, Miss Nene managed to solve one of my problems in a much better way than chat gpt, congratulations guys, keep it up, the only small precaution is a pinch of extra salt but really delicious I repeat, below are the photos of one of the two panzerotti that I took because they were too tasty and I bit into one immediately and then the super crocodile beer!!!
