A modern osteria with various rooms and dining areas furnished in a simple, minimalist style. The lighting is good, if a little cool. The acoustics are acceptable. The menu is varied, with plenty of influences and reinterpretations of traditional dishes. Dishes are beautifully presented and, above all, prepared with care and professionalism. The wine list is limited but of high quality. The service is attentive, courteous, and professional. It's always a pleasure to return. Average prices.

I wanted to revisit this place several times, trying multiple dishes on the menu to try and catch the chef in a mistake. Well, I didn't succeed! He managed to make me like a combination I was sure was a mistake! But no! Spaghetti with calamari, lemon-infused butter, anchovies, and toasted breadcrumbs infused with lemon. Yes, I did say anchovies in oil, and they're perfect; there's no loss of flavor, aroma, or taste. A great chef who doesn't know he's a great chef, in a context where he, his team, and his staff have a great palate. Creating such a well-crafted menu, with a high level of understanding for the diner but with such sophisticated pairings and preparations, requires technique and a great palate, both from the chef and the taster. My heartfelt congratulations. It's definitely one of my favorite restaurants. I'd pay more for what you get. The revisited tiramisu deserves 1 Michelin star, without a doubt.
