Excellent food at a fair price, very nice girls.

I wanted to revisit this place several times, trying multiple dishes on the menu to try and catch the chef in a mistake. Well, I didn't succeed! He managed to make me like a combination I was sure was a mistake! But no! Spaghetti with calamari, lemon-infused butter, anchovies, and toasted breadcrumbs infused with lemon. Yes, I did say anchovies in oil, and they're perfect; there's no loss of flavor, aroma, or taste. A great chef who doesn't know he's a great chef, in a context where he, his team, and his staff have a great palate. Creating such a well-crafted menu, with a high level of understanding for the diner but with such sophisticated pairings and preparations, requires technique and a great palate, both from the chef and the taster. My heartfelt congratulations. It's definitely one of my favorite restaurants. I'd pay more for what you get. The revisited tiramisu deserves 1 Michelin star, without a doubt.

Worth a visit. The staff is absolutely top-notch, providing some of the best service this month. The maitre d' is also a wine expert, and was able to complement my every choice and suggest the perfect wine. If I return to the area, we'll definitely see you again. Hats off to the kitchen staff.

A truly pleasant discovery. Just outside the center of Fucecchio lies this little gem of a restaurant. While it may seem a bit shabby from the outside, being located near an industrial area, inside it offers a truly charming and refined atmosphere. The menu, which changes seasonally, is truly impressive, the kind you'd expect from top-quality restaurants, and the prices are very competitive. The dishes are refined yet not overly sophisticated, ensuring they're appreciated by all. Since the menu is constantly evolving, it's difficult to single out any particular dish, but I was lucky enough to try Japanese wagyu once. A truly excellent restaurant.

We had a delicious lunch here with local dishes and ingredients. The pastas and rice are recommended. The staff was also very nice and spoke good English. We got all kinds of tips from the waitress about good restaurants in Tuscany and had a nice conversation. Thanks a lot 😘😘
