I went to this restaurant for the first time with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday and I couldn't have chosen a better place!
Parking for your car upon your arrival and a very polite welcome, very attentive table service and high quality food!
As an appetizer I chose to take the "carbonara egg", a soft egg with carbonara foam and bacon. The creaminess/crunchiness combination is really good!
First I chose "red" a tajarin with bottarga, red prawns and caviar, a real gem!
I finished with the “seared swordfish” marinated in soy sauce and served with pepper cream and seared peppers.
The dessert doesn't appear in the stories because it was the candle moment but we opted to share the "3 chocolate pill" the restaurant's flagship!!
We will definitely be back soon because we really enjoyed our stay!

We came as a group of 2 on Saturday 15th June, a wonderful starred place, the staff made us sit on the really beautiful veranda which surprised me that it didn't have any stars but now I'll explain why!
The service was all perfect but let's get to the gist! They brought us some appetizers before the starters, nothing to say, very good and well executed! Let's move on to the appetizers! I had the bau with anchovies and very good whipped butter and my guest had cod tartare... It would be better to specify that it was raw because unfortunately they didn't specify it and he ate it with difficulty but that's fine, it's our fault for not having it said! For the first course we chose the Castelmagno creamed risotto, sweetbreads and onion gel, many defects including: it was behind cooking, there was no salt and the onion couldn't be tasted, the sweetbreads were good but tasteless. I reported this to the wait staff but it's fine, I ate it anyway because I preferred not to offend and send it back but I said I didn't like the idea, but the execution was wrong.
The second course we took the fried alecce with mango chutney and vegetable giardiniera and rabbit Ligurian financiera style. The ones in Lecce were good but not extraordinary while the rejected rabbit financiera was not a financier because there was only a 5th quarter, i.e. the liver. It would be better to say our financiera because the financiera is entirely different and I would say the alecce are more of an appetizer than a second course but the chef's choice is fine. The dessert I took the 3 chocolates didn't feel much like the other two because the icing went over the other two, too bad about the dinner the only thing the appetizers were good and the rest I think the chef should stay a little behind the scenes brigade if he was present I was happy to tell him this in person but it's okay I hope they improve because I would like to go back. The bill was a little salty, 229 euros, there was also good wine, nothing to say, Freisa 2019. With this I conclude, I hope you continue like this, the only thing is a little more attention in the kitchen

We enjoyed a 2-course lunch here on a weekday.
And that lunch was delicious! (and also reasonably priced).
The Plin and Vitello were really of a very high level, the Adobo was a very pleasant surprise for us (we thought it was something different....). Perfectly cooked and tasty Fassone meat with an Asian twist, very beautiful and delicious.
The appetizers were all surprising and tasty, we received delicious homemade bread. Pleasant and friendly service. The wine pairing was also perfect.
All in all, enough reason to come back again!
