Ottima qualità della materia prima, piatti della tradizione ma ben rivisitati con accostamenti anche ben riusciti. ottima la possibilità tra la scelta dei vari menu o alla carta anche con opzioni senza glutine e lattosio per tutti i piatti. Servizio impeccabile, attenti e preparati così come l’abbinamento dei vini in base alle portate. Unico neo ma dovuto anche alla serata (31 dicembre) e al locale pieno un po’ lunghetti i tempi di attesa tra una portata e l’altra. X il resto tutto fantastico

The impeccable service is a corollary to an informal and modern context. Traditional dishes revisited. Fusion dishes and innovative dishes. All very good. A small pearl in Asti. Work menu at 28 euros and à la carte menu with obviously higher prices. There are also tasting menus for the more curious. Highly recommended.
Without going into too much detail...we took the fixed menu "Fuori Giri". Special mention for the amuse bouche, the BAO and the RED. Price absolutely in line, we went way over budget because we added 2 dishes (on an already very rich and complete menu....but we were too curious to try them!) and drank more than we should!
The girl who served us was polite, sociable and never invasive.
It wasn't a lunch. It was an experience! Beautiful experience!
