I went there on Friday evening with my family, a truly characteristic place and the meat was truly phenomenal, the meat in sauce was of excellent quality and the sauce exceptional, not to mention the salami and carpaccio, truly compliments.

A lovely discovery, a butcher shop specializing in horse and foal meat (obviously, they do all types of meat) with tables outside in the large back yard and inside. We tried a few dishes, and I have to say everything was excellent and perfectly cooked, but the meatballs in tomato sauce really stood out, which I'd call delicious. All at a fair price. We'll definitely be back!

Excellent meat!! A true paradise for those who appreciate quality, perfect cooking, and authentic flavor. The appetizers and side dishes are also worth a mention: simple but well-made, designed to perfectly complement the meat without overpowering its flavor. 27/08/2025: Osteria di Chichibio is the best restaurant in Polignano. I went in different restaurants including Grotta Palaze who is famous in this city but I end up coming twice in this place. The food is just another level. Come to eat first and thank me later! It’s a must guys 🥂
21/08/2025: Everything was really perfect. But most of all, the service. They really go above and beyond for their customer it was so heartwarming. I went there for my girlfriend birthday and everything they did for her was truly marvelous... Roses, everything, it was such a memorable moment ! They even brought us a chocolate cake that was not on the menu, it was so good, one of the best I've eaten. Also food was incredible so tasty, so well balanced. Everything was perfect, a thousand thanks again!!
