Horse meat specialties. Everything is excellent and plentiful, from the appetizers to the meats selected at the counter. The chops, tripe, and meat in sauce are exceptional. Fast and courteous service. Proven family-run business.

Ever since I met them, I've been addicted to bombette... Whenever I pass through Gioia del Colle for work, I always stop by. You have to try the baked potato and onion, meatballs, stewed meat, stew... Pure addiction 🤣🤣🤣

We had dinner with a group of 10 friends. The welcome was top-notch, and the hosts were knowledgeable and incredibly polite. From carpaccio to meatballs, from chops in sauce and stew to mixed roasts; IT WAS AN EXCELLENT GASTRONOMIC JOURNEY. Excellent quality meats! Almond dessert and a complimentary liqueur to finish. The cost? You won't believe it! €25.00 all-inclusive. Highly recommended! Congratulations

Delicious meat at truly reasonable prices. The meatballs in sauce are fabulous, and you can really taste the meat. Olives and tarallini are also delicious, and are complimentary on the house. The staff is also very friendly.

14/03/2026: Polite and friendly staff. From the moment we walked in, they were friendly and welcomed us politely. As for the food, I personally had a first course called "gricia" and it was very good. The wait was very short considering it was a weekend, when there are a lot of people who frequent it. As for the place, it's a bit reminiscent of 90s diners. I personally would make it a little more youthful, but that's my opinion, not a criticism. Recommended for all tastes.
