Our food wasn't great, but Pino is an exceptional server. We couldn't have received more warm hospitality than by Pino. We will return again.

Great atmosphere and authentic Florentine views at Il Cavallino! The food was tasty especially the pasta, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. A lovely spot to enjoy dinner in Florence ✨🥂

A wonderful experience thanks to an old-school waiter, someone who is passionate about his work. Thank you, Pino, for your kindness and hospitality. The €38 menu will satisfy more than one person, and the summer salad was exquisite. The red wine pairs perfectly with the steak on the menu.

It's a beautiful place, the atmosphere is super nice, everyone treats you super well, especially Pino's service is incredible, I highly recommend this place, and it's super family-friendly, the food is delicious.

I don't understand. I had the bruschetta and bistecca, and it was delicious. Crispy, not chewy, served on a hot plate. Excellent. In previous reviews, I gave the restaurant a 4.7, but the steak was awful, not even worth 1 złoty. But here, it was delicious, and I'd even tip the staff a 10. Please consider your choice of dishes. Two stars less because the bill was significantly overpriced. But there was no one to argue with.

We were a little nervous about the low rating, but the food was delicious! The gluten-free pizzas were also very good :) It was also expensive, but that's understandable given the location. It was beautiful, by the way, with a view of the square.

Aroma Hidron Restaurant

09/09/2025: I visited Hidron to celebrate my daughter's birthday. They are now teenagers. I didn't need the entertainers. I had a great time, apart from the mix-up with the green water due to I don't know what 😅
21/08/2025: The staff is young and friendly. The pools are clear, but unfortunately, they get ruined by customers. Overall, it's excellent.
