Yeah.....meh....it's clearly a restaurant for tourists...they're nice...the food is good but clearly not made in the kitchens...florentine bistecca menu 500gr, they did not ask me the cooking result for me overcooked...my daughter took a pork shank...clearly not cooked here...purchased sous vide and reheated...when I compare with those we were given serves in our association...my wife had a salad of the sea...seafood...I would have avoided...we'll see tomorrow...not bad...but it's not the price of excellence either...but they are nice. ..they offered us the 3 bruchetta as a starter with a glass of wine...nice people...then it's not the restaurant I'll come back to.

I was very pleased with the service that was brought to me and my friends during lunch today! I had the spaghetti and meatballs with a side of garlic bread and it very much satisfied me😋 The only problem that I have is the waiting time for the food to be prepared, but I have no concerns for this. The staff and servers were very friendly and polite to us though👍

We spent hours in this beautiful palazzo Resto one afternoon, good Italian food-ravioli for me, a lot of wine for us and great service. Multiple dining areas in & outside.

Of course, this place is a total tourist trap—what did people expect, real Italian food in such a touristy piazza? Lol! That being said, we had a great time. The view is incredible, and the servers were typical of many Italian spots—kind of brusque, but they answered all our questions without making us feel bad. We even asked to swap the spaghetti in one dish for a different type of pasta, and they were happy to accommodate. Looking at the beautiful sculptures while we dined made it all worth it. My pizza was fantastic! When you're on vacation, sometimes you just need to relax and go with the flow!

I ate in this place taking the €38 menu, i.e. 500g of meat with baked potatoes, a glass of red wine and an appetizer (bruschetta). Fast and friendly service, good food and I left the table more than satisfied. I will return and recommend it.

Restaurant a bit of a tourist trap in terms of prices but very well placed with a nice view. Pleasant waiters, decent dishes and late service.

We had a super menu of 1kg of meat, potatoes, starters and wine for lunch, very complete, the service was a 10, the guys if they don't speak your language, they try to do so, so we could see Asians and Latinos, the place is outdoors like that If it's a nice day, it's perfect to eat in front of the square with all the galleries.

Great patio atmosphere but food and service ok at best. We felt like they were far more accommodating to locals and not towards tourists.

23/07/2024: The thing I appreciated most about the place was the great kindness and helpfulness of the bartender. Unfortunately I found myself in a critical situation as my cell phone was completely out of battery. As soon as it arrived, I asked if it was possible to put it on charge for a while to recover some of the battery and I was immediately told where to put it even though I hadn't ordered anything yet. Obviously in the end, to be fair, I took a bottle of water, paid at a low price (it's a bar near the Pitti Palace) to be close to an important tourist site! . I was only sorry not to be able to try other products from the place, which seemed very good to me. Surely if one day it happens to me I will return. I highly recommend the place especially for the education of the staff
22/04/2024: My spouse and I dropped in here every day for five days, for coffee and pastries at the bar for no reason other than that it was conveniently located to where we were staying. The coffee was excellent, the pastries delicious and the interaction with the people who run the place was smiling, old-school, wonderful. The prices were absolutely fine. I cannot understand the bad reviews that Caffe Bianchi gets on the basis of our really excellent experience.
