One of the best meals of my life without a doubt.

Sublime experience. Wonderful place in the center of Foligno where you can enjoy a culinary experience that has nothing to envy of that enjoyed in a starred restaurant. We took a platter of exquisite typical cheeses expertly combined with the highest quality jams and honey. We had two first courses, one better than the other, prepared with quality ingredients and plated with care and skill. Worthy of note is the spectacular ritual of cappelletti in broth. They served the cappelletti to my colleague dry and then the Sala operator poured us the boiling broth from a porcelain teapot and grated the parmesan by hand on the plate. We closed this very pleasant culinary experience with an exquisite dessert and the knight's tasting: a triptych of top-quality rum paired with three different shades of fine dark chocolate. With the knight tasting they also offered us a red tobacco cigar. In the end even the bill surprised us, calculating that we spent a few euros more than we would have spent elsewhere. Well done. Super recommended!!!

In the center of Foligno, excellence of true typical catering and with seasonal and quality raw materials, to be enjoyed in an intimate environment; kind, smiling and strong-willed staff. I recommend anyone to stop by and indulge in the excellent flavors for their palate. Congratulations to everyone.

Ci sono tornato dopo un po’ di mesi e la qualità resta alta. Ambiente molto accogliente, il personale sorridente. Piatti della cucina del territorio e altre creazioni. Questa volta ho provato cose diverse, mentre i miei commensali sono rimasti in regione. A memoria ricordo degli affettati misti e dei tagliolini al tartufo bianco per i miei amici, purtroppo con il tartufo costoso ma poco profumato. Io ho preso un antipasto delicato e sorprendente, una purea di patate con dei gamberi, in un fumetto di pesce e spinaci. Spero di essermi ricordato bene ma era delizioso e saporito. Ho proseguito con dell’agnello cucinato come se fosse un piccolo salamino, anche questo piatto delizioso. Infine anche un ottimo tiramisù. La mia descrizione è molto sommaria, metto le foto dei due piatti. Conto non leggero ma corretto. Un posto in cui tornare.

Cena perfetta dagli antipasti al dolce. Un misto di tradizione umbra con aggiunta di eccellenze straniere come jamon serrano e Porto. Da tornarci per provare ciò che non sono riuscito ad assaggiare.
