Congratulations truly to Claudio and all the staff, the new management opened a few weeks ago promises very well, I ate the pizza which is a guarantee wherever Claudio worked previously, furthermore the dishes are truly exquisite, the chestnut pappardelle truly top and also the cup of suckling pig, truly passed with flying colors

I was at Castagnolo with Claudio on Friday, what can I say, chef Giamba's dishes were a culinary ecstasy, unlike the braised meats without red wine that they usually make, on Friday I ate beef in exceptional oil as per the classic recipe without vegetables and slice 1 cm high, lucky to have Claudio in the area with his historic pizzas and also haute cuisine dishes, passed with flying colors

03/04/2024: Lunch on Saturday 30 March, Easter Eve. 8 people at the table, some had a first course, some a mixed fried dish, some some meat. Nothing special, but in the end the biggest disappointment was in putting into my mouth all the pastas ordered (from bigoli with wild boar ragù to paccheri with pistachio): in fact all the pastas prepared and brought to the table, although the condiments were good, presented the same problem: Pasta completely raw to the limit of edible. According to other friends who ate at Quite it wasn't just a problem on that day....alas!! Result: lost customers and negative review I'm sorry but a bit more attention is needed, given that the customer pays not even that much!!! Read the owner's response after the review. I don't want to denigrate anyone nor is it my habit..... to protest if something isn't right. I sign and I remember!!! However, I tell the touchy owner that ....uncooked pasta must not, and I stress must not, reach the tables Then get as angry as you want but that's how it is Take note and improve while also accepting the criticisms that are there if you manage a place. Otherwise we change jobs!

22/02/2024: Classic old-time trattoria with bar and two tables and a very spacious room with paneling. Very friendly, helpful and friendly staff. Fixed price menu for lunch at 12.00 euros. I took gnocchi with sausage sauce and herbs. Vitello tonnato with boiled potatoes and carrots, water, wine and coffee. All very good. Highly recommended.. When I returned, I had very good cold pasta and I tried the veal with tuna sauce again. I confirm the review.
