Quiet location in the Venarotta countryside, attentive and fast service, some vegetables on the menu are from the garden and the menu is prepared with care and tradition.

The food is fantastic, the staff is very nice and I had a great time with the food, it arrives precisely in a short time and they make it exactly how you want it, the hotel is also fantastic I slept very well for 3 nights I had a great time with Mrs Rita She's very nice. I hope they get 5 stars

We stayed at the Casolare during GABA. Unfortunately we weren't able to eat but only sleep because the restaurant was closed. Very clean and really nice hotel. The perfect breakfast! Mrs. Rita is a delightful person. Super recommended! Manuela

I ate very well. Simple dishes, not obvious, tasty and cooked very well. Fast and impeccable service, friendly and welcoming staff. Well-kept place both inside and out. I had heard good things about it and my experience confirms its fame.

Very pleasant surprise. We stopped for dinner at the end of a stage of the journey. Everyone went out of their way to delight us with off-menu dishes suitable for those of us who are vegetarians. It rarely happens. Super abundant, quality, original, succulent, excellent dishes. Highly recommended! A BIG THANK YOU TO THE KITCHEN AND SERVICE FOR PAMPERING US LIKE THIS!!!!
