Some dishes were interesting, beautifully plated, and of high quality. Others were a little less surprising. I found the menu disjointed, a blend of sea and mountain, and lacked balance in sophistication. Overall, it was positive, but not exceptional.

We ordered two fish tastings and two porcini tastings. The fish tastings were good, the porcini tastings were good, but the fried porcini could have been better.

Good food with a view of the Tortona hills. We had amberjack carpaccio, purple gnocchi with taleggio fondue, tagliolini with cherry tomatoes and clams and mixed fried fish. All really good and plentiful. And then the spectacular dessert trolley. Must try

Ottimo pranzo in un giorno di festa. Accolti con cortesia e professionalità che non sono mai mancati durante tutto il pranzo. Goloso menu con piatti di carne e di pesce, con occhio alla tradizione locale ma non solo. Direi tradizione, qualità e innovazione, ben rappresentati dall'antipasto "tiramisù tonnato", davvero memorabile. Da consigliare.

14/11/2025: We dined at this restaurant during the San Baudolino Fair. The house antipasto was very good, and the first courses were rabaton and agnolotti del plin, both excellent. It's a shame the broth was tasteless. The place is very clean and well-maintained. The cheese trolley has a wide selection, well done.
11/11/2025: We were very happy with the food and the kindness of the staff. The atmosphere is very beautiful and elegant.

03/11/2025: Excellent restaurant, with a wide variety of tasty dishes that instantly transport you to the flavors of yesteryear. I recommend booking, even on non-holidays.
