All excellent quality!
We started the dinner with bruschetta that already from the bread and the oil used made us understand that the place recommended by our host was 🔝
To follow we had a veal cheek (which was so tender you could "cut" it with a fork!), a burrata with tomatoes and rocket in a pizza basket and a caciocavallo with honey and walnuts accompanied by salad (the latter paid only €10)
In short, I highly recommend this place!!!

Everything was delicious.
We ordered appetizers, main courses and dessert. Everything was beautifully presented and delicious.
The best truffle ravioli in our lives.
A unique atmosphere of the restaurant.

Best meal I had in Matera, while filming The Chosen. The owner is a gentleman and passionate about his restaurant/food. The Ribeye was amazing as well as all of The dishes we had. A must if you are in Matera.

We had dinner in June 2025 at this restaurant in Matera (Italy) on the recommendation of our local host... We did not regret it. Generous local cuisine. The tuna carpaccio was divine and served as if for two. The Buffala was great, presented in a cone of dough. Ask here to share your pizzas, even if you are greedy. Remember to book because the address is sought after. And take a look inside before leaving stuffed. Friendly advice.

Beautiful setting, relaxed atmosphere with soft music. We dined outside with a pleasant breeze. Tables were spaced out.
We chose burrata with cherry tomatoes, arugula, and olives in a pizza bread basket. Very good!
Then, ravioli in truffle sauce with pine nuts were exquisite.
€33/person with two Aperol Spritzes.
The waiters' service could be improved. They were annoyed with any request.
Reservations are recommended. Very busy.
Take your time to get there, as the path is winding. Some young people helped us.
