We regularly stop in Fano every time we return from vacations in southern Italy. We've been drawn to this splendid city and its surrounding area for years, with its gastronomic specialties. This evening, it was Casale delle Rose's turn. Here, we once again savoured the flavours of the garden, the locally sourced countryside. The platter of cured meats, cheeses, and vegetables, those stuffed grills, the fried pizzettes, their pizza, their wine—all you could ask for was a red that envelops your palate, captivating you with every sip, while you savor the authenticity of flavours rarely found these days, unless homemade by expert hands like those of Mrs. Catia and her loyal kitchen team. To conclude, the cheesecake had a balance that remains in your memory, between the sweet shortcrust pastry base, that soft, slightly sweet white cake and those berries dripping with juice on top. The sum of the evening, as you can see from the photo of the Empty Plates, remained one and only, unequivocally 10 with honors.

Nice restaurant with a veranda. Good pizza, but the wait was really long, which somewhat detracted from the overall experience. Fair prices.

Found by chance, we stopped here for a break during our holiday trip. Easy to reach from the highway, being very close to the Fano exit. Basic, functional rooms, very clean. Excellent breakfast. Warm welcome from the owners. Highly recommended.

We stayed one night in August. In the afternoon, we played in the spacious pool; it was a shame it was a bit neglected, perhaps due to its infrequent use. We had a delicious dinner under the farmhouse's portico, with a pleasant view of the sunflower-filled hillside. The rooms were clean, welcoming, and meticulously maintained. Breakfast was basic, with homemade cakes. The noise from the nearby highway was a bit loud, breaking the warm summer atmosphere. Our room had a window overlooking a power plant, but overall, we had a good time and got a good night's sleep. The host was very courteous and helpful. Personal rating: 6.5.
