We had lunch, without a reservation, on a Saturday in August. When we arrived we asked if there was room despite the fact that we had no reservation. They kindly let us sit in the "garden". I forgot to mention that we were with a female PT (German Shepherd).
Excellent location. Very good food, but what struck me most was the table service. Super nice guys and available for every request and advice. A special applause to Ludovico.

We returned after many years, but time has not broken the magic of this place, and the passion that the owner Ernesto has for it.
Compliments to the kitchen team, followed by excellent service with an impeccable Mr Massimo.
In the morning we were pampered and delighted with exquisite desserts made by Mrs. Brunella.

Very nicely located, great room, swimming pool clean and nice with good sunbathing area and the real highlight was the kitchen. All courses at a really high level. I recommend the extremely good craft beer. The breakfast was also very good. Courteous and extremely friendly team who also responded very well to individual requests. Children are also welcome and the pool makes it ideal for a family holiday. We'd love to come back.

Consigliato da un amico che lavora lì, si procede per una viuzza sterrata che porta ad un casale del 1500 convertito a struttura ricettiva. La terrazza che si affaccia sul cratere di Norcia non ha prezzo: bellissima vista, resa ancor più suggestiva dal tramonto. Il menù è eccezionale: il carpaccio col tartufo buonissimo, nuovo con il tartufo nero pregiato ancor di più. Molto buoni i taglieri ma i piatti forti sono i primi e i secondi: tagliolini al tartufo ottimi e un capretto all’arrabbiatella che mi ha stupito. Hanno anche l proposte celiache.
Dolci eccellenti così come i vini. Conto giustissimo, torneremo presto.
