I discovered this little place by chance. As soon as we entered, the smell coming from the kitchen was very inviting, and indeed it was....we had two second courses, one of which was a tagliata, and we were very satisfied. The meat was very tender and delicious....the staff is kind and helpful....what can I say? We have to come back to try the tagliatelle with mushrooms.

05/10/2025: I was in Bominaco to visit the two churches. I then took a lunch break and just managed to get the last seat at the restaurant. It was a lovely, authentic experience, with excellent regional dishes, all freshly prepared and handmade. You can also buy regional products at the restaurant. After consulting with the owner, I purchased a bottle of organic Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. A poem! The service was also excellent, friendly, and fast. I highly recommend the restaurant.

06/09/2025: A fantastic dinner, attentive service, and a charming setting—this alone would be enough to describe the experience, but it would be an understatement. I dined at Connubio a few weeks ago and was extremely satisfied. I had asked the chef in advance if vegan options were available, and I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't expect to have a true Michelin-starred experience. Chef Luca was given complete freedom, and he truly excelled with a series of exquisite, sophisticated dishes, all crafted from top-notch ingredients. Highly recommended!
