Truly special dishes with quality products...I recommend it to motorcyclists passing through or as a stop on the tour...friendly staff, welcoming place.

The place is very nice and the food really good. I would have given 5 stars but the fact that dogs are not allowed left me perplexed and disappointed. Speaking with the managers it would seem that there is a lack of empathy for our 4-legged friends. Sin

Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante dopo la visita delle miniere poco distanti. Ambiente molto accogliente, sembra una baita, con tante proposte sfiziose presenti sul menù. In 2 abbiamo condiviso un piatto di pizzoccheri (molto delicati e saporiti), una tagliata, un piatto di polenta/salsiccia e formaggio, caffa e digestivo, oltre ad acqua e vino per un conto di circa € 60,00. Tutto buonissimo e personale molto cortese. Consigliato.

Truly excellent shank. I would focus more on the seasonality of the vegetables they offer as a side dish since courgettes in February are not exactly the best... :) this is the only reason I don't give the maximum stars! For the rest, very kind staff and quality meat.

Posto molto carino raggiungile in cinque minuti di macchina dal centro di Schilpario. Personale cordiale ed attento alle esigenze del cliente. Piatti della tradizione ed un ottimo fritto di calamari (consigliato) , nonostante la montagna richiami altri piatti (polenta ecc.) Sicuramente da provare se si passa da Schilpario! Prezzi nella norma.

Fantastic food, precise and punctual service. I got some slow cooked beef and it had a rare balance of flavors and aromas coupled with an absolutely perfect texture. So good that it overshadows the first, the Creste Scalvine are also excellent Highly recommended

28/05/2025: Today we were in this restaurant 6 people all bikers we missed the menu of the day with a choice of 3 first courses and 3 second courses coffee and dessert for 12€ excluding drinks. everything perfect we even took the trio of first courses always at the same price. courteous staff and above all attentive to problems. with us there was a celiac person and they did not hesitate to accommodate her. with water and wine we spent 15€ each. I recommend it. Many thanks to everyone

Ristorante Roncola

19/01/2025: Excellent attention to the tables and excellent presentation of the dishes. Quality products. Fish menu: starter, first course with lobster, second course sea bream with its side dish €40.
29/12/2024: Despite the place being completely empty on a Saturday night, we decided to stop for dinner, and I’m glad we did. The waiter was extremely attentive, the food and wine the best we had in the town. We had the risotto of the day, lardo as a starter, everything was delicious. The place is regarded by the locals as ‘refined’, and wonder if that’s not helping it draw a crowd? Prices were no higher than in other restaurants we tried in the town, and was a shame to see it so empty. If you are in Roncola, highly recommend to try it!
