IL CAPRIOLO In Schilpario

I've been wanting to have lunch at this restaurant for a long time, where my daughter and husband had already been guests, praising the goodness of their plans. We had booked for 1 pm and were seated promptly. The waitress came to us right away to take our order because, since there were only two of us, they wanted to make sure our order went out before a table of 16. After the appetizer, almost an hour went by without the second course arriving. We politely asked a couple of times because we were hungry and to make sure our order hadn't been lost, because that can happen, but we were told that there were a lot of people and that, having ordered the appetizer, we had ended up in line. Not understanding the dynamic, I asked how this was possible, given that the famous table of 16, which was supposed to receive the courses after us, had already drunk their coffee??? The answer was that we had the appetizer, they didn't and we would have ended up in line. They could have simply replied that the order had been lost, I really didn't understand the excuse! By 2 PM, the tiramisu my daughter had raved about was finished. I left feeling a bit disappointed, and without even a "sorry"... because, as I said, I'd been wanting to try those excellent dishes for a long time. It's a shame what happened. I really hope next time it goes differently, and I'll be sure to order all the dishes together, including my missed tiramisu!

The best restaurant in Schilpario

Wonderful experience! Delicious food and very friendly staff! Excellent value, from starters to dessert (we had two starters, two main courses, and two desserts with water and wine). A highly recommended stop for anyone passing through the area.

I went there on Saturday night with my friends and I can say I had a great time. The place is very welcoming and beautiful. The waitresses were very friendly and always available to answer all our questions. And the food was amazing... I had the pork ribs, which were truly amazing; they melted in your mouth 🤤 and the sauce that went with them was delicious. I'll definitely be back 💪🏻

Il cibo è buono e ben cucinato, ma l esperienza del servizio sfiora il ridicolo.... Camerieri girano con auricolari stile bodyguard, piatti granitici non esiste ne aggiunte ne modifiche, modi di fare spicci che rasentano la scortesia

Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante dopo la visita delle miniere poco distanti. Ambiente molto accogliente, sembra una baita, con tante proposte sfiziose presenti sul menù. In 2 abbiamo condiviso un piatto di pizzoccheri (molto delicati e saporiti), una tagliata, un piatto di polenta/salsiccia e formaggio, caffa e digestivo, oltre ad acqua e vino per un conto di circa € 60,00. Tutto buonissimo e personale molto cortese. Consigliato.
