Nice hotel vut our view was obstructed by a decorative roof structure. I felt like they put us in the attic. Hotel in Good location. Staff was nice and accomodating. But the restaurant was closed, due to a private party, our last night there and that is where we planned to eat. They open for dinner at 7:30pm and we found out when we went down to dine. No communication to the hotel guests what so ever. Not even a sign. Disapointing at best.

The hotel's location is quite good. It's within walking distance of Milan's central train station (800 meters), and also within walking distance of the Caiazzo and Loreto metro stations (500 meters). The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were a little cold because we couldn't turn on the air conditioning. Breakfast was good, but could have been a little more varied. The staff was attentive. You can leave your luggage for a certain period after you check out.

This is a hotel that has seen its glory, but unfortunately now there were a few of unsatisfactory points. It took 5min probably every day to turn on the TV for some reason. We called for help thinking it was the batteries and the guy that opens the door came with a very bad attitude. The lights were also a mystery some times worked sometimes it didn't. No conditioner only shampoo and shower gel. The positives is that it was cleaned, with daily room service and replacement of towels. Room was spacious. Breakfast was good with a bit of everything but no control so if you pay or not it doesn't matter, everyone had breakfasts. Location is okay and opposite to a supermarket. I wouldn't come back.

Located 200 meters from the Caiazzo metro station, a 10-minute walk from Milano Centrale.
The building is a bit dated, and although well-maintained, some signs of obsolescence are noticeable, especially in the facilities.
The bar/restaurant was a pleasant surprise.
Overall, a practical and centrally located solution for getting around, offering good value.

I stayed at this hotel for Fashion Week and had a great time! The location is fantastic, the staff very friendly, and the room clean. The breakfast is delicious! Plus, it's really close to the metro. Highly recommended!

Great classic style rooms with fabric wall coverings and veneered / marble fittings.
Ample electric outlets. Bistro style bar / restaurant offering a small selection of food at very reasonable prices.
