Il Capriccio In Milano

I ate at the restaurant one evening and immediately felt at ease. Excellent quality, staff, and location.

Excellent 4-star hotel. Excellent service and hospitality. Indoor parking is available at a price (not cheap, but reasonable for Milan) of €30 per day. Excellent breakfast, although the savory selection is significantly superior to the sweet options. The location is very close to the metro.

A very nice hotel. Extremely friendly staff. A very pleasant stay. They even paid special attention to my birthday – thank you to the hotel staff for that.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Central Station. It offers good value for money; the rooms are clean with old-fashioned decor, well-heated, and comfortable. The only slight drawback is the breakfast; there isn't a very wide selection, but it has everything you need. Also, you don't have slippers or bathrobes. The staff is friendly.

We celebrated an early Christmas lunch. Everything was perfect!

We stayed in this hotel for just one night, and we're truly disappointed because we would have loved to stay a week! Super location, a 10-minute walk from the central station and 5 minutes from the metro station. The staff were kind, polite, and very welcoming. We had booked a Classic double room, but upon arrival they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The suite consisted of an entrance hallway, a living room with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, minibar, and TV, a bedroom with a TV, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a double sink, a bathtub, and a shower. Needless to say, it was nothing short of spectacular! Abundant and varied breakfast. Luggage storage service both upon arrival (before check-in) and upon departure (after check-out). Highly recommended. If I were to return to Milan, I wouldn't risk staying in another hotel; this one is perfect!

Close to the central station, great coffee shop, metro nearby, large supermarket close by.

Well located, close to Milano Centrale station. Staff always in a good mood and willing to help. Spacious, comfortable room with a wonderful bathroom. Breakfast with great options and very tasty.

Good hotel, comfortable, and excellent value for money. The breakfast buffet should be arranged differently, logistically, because when the breakfast room is very crowded, it makes service difficult, even though the staff are quick and courteous in serving and setting the tables.

Rooms were way too hot. There was no way to regulate the temperature.
