Such a nice and authentic place. We ate so well, the service was really good and warm, we felt very welcome. The atmosphere is homey and you can also get really good recommandations on local wines. Small detail but kind of important to me, the olive oil was local and really good, I haven't had such good olive oil in a restaurant ever. If you're around after a hike in the region or just passing by, don't hesitate to try it out

05/07/2025: Quiet location, in the middle of the hills, spectacular fried mushrooms, excellent cured meats, delicious gnocchi with truffles, also excellent tagliatelle with game ragù, generous portions, friendly service, friendly staff, you feel welcome! Large adjacent parking lot, nice mascot hen 😊 we will definitely be back!!
21/06/2025: What can I say...from the appetizer, to the first courses, to the second courses and the dessert, everything is amazing. If you want to eat excellent traditional dishes combined with mushrooms and truffles, come to Panca! Excellent service. Well done, well done

21/06/2025: Found by chance and let's face it: a discovery! Classic inn but two strong points: food and owner! Excellent food and generous portions... the waitresses helpful and very friendly but the owner is hilarious... fabulous British humor! You're not sure what you're ordering but anyway... a success!!! If you're in the area, stop by, it's worth it!
14/06/2025: The place is too beautiful, the service is excellent and the food is Michelin star. Pipo the parrot is the n.1
