Good place. Clean, characteristic and welcoming, where you can eat excellent meat tartare, cold cuts and cheese platters and enjoy a good wine. Very friendly and helpful owners. Fair price. I will definitely be back.

Lovely dinner in Siena! We were two and spent a great evening at Cantiere del buon gusto. We started by sharing a delicious Tuscan board, rich in flavors and beautifully arranged — the perfect way to begin the meal. We both chose different tartare dishes. The ingredients were super fresh, and the combinations worked really well. We paired everything with a very good red wine, and ended the meal with homemade desserts - simple, but truly enjoyable. 🍰🍷😋 The place is cozy and stylish, the staff welcoming and attentive. Great food, great wine, fair prices - definitely worth a visit if you're in Siena! ✨

Excellent place! We came for an aperitivo, but stayed for dinner! Delicious and varied platter, friendly staff who recommended wine pairings and tasty crostoni. Must try!

We actually only stopped by for a drink and ended up staying for over two hours. Very friendly, great service, top-notch food, and very good wine. Highly recommended!

A pleasant surprise. The Vermentino was excellent, the platter was delicious, the pear and chocolate dessert was exquisite, and the hostess was very kind.
