Excellent experience at Cantiere del Buon Gusto. Emma, ​​the owner, fantastic. Very kind and friendly. He accommodated our every request and made us feel at home. The kids are also exceptional. Excellent food and wine. Very intimate environment. Super recommended.

Local located in the heart of Siena. Excellent variety of tartare. The wonderful cutting board! Wide choice of wines. The interior is very nice and particular. The owner is a fantastic person! Highly recommended experience!!

Serata tra amiche senza una meta precisa abbiamo scoperto questa chicca. Cibo gustoso, ben presentato, curato negli accostamenti e nella esaltazione dei sapori. Personale gentile, attento. Emma fantastica, si è intrattenuta a chiacchierare con noi ed è stato subito come essere a casa. Il posto poi è un gioiello, giochi di specchi e di vetri , un genio ha architettato un corridoio di tavoli a vista sulla 'cucina'

29/05/2025: Ristorante in centro a Siena, abbiamo passato una serata davvero tranquilla e siamo stati davvero bene. Lo staff era davvero gentile e disponibile. Per non parlare della simpatia, super carini nei modi. Io ho preso sotto consiglio della cameriera il crudo di pesce. Il mio compagno invece prese le acciughe sottolio. Tutte e due gli antipasti semplici ma ottimi. Poi la pasta con il sugo di astice, la cosa bella e che c'era proprio anche le chele. Sensazionale. Quando ritorneremo ci vorrò rimangiare di nuovo.

The food is very delicious, the pasta excellent, the most notable thing is the risotto, simply spectacular. Delicious tempura artichokes. The price is appropriate about 25-30 euros. Good restaurant to be in the center of such a tourist city.

31/10/2024: What an incredible experience! Immersed in the beauty of Borgo San Felice, this Michelin restaurant delivered a superb combination of elegant presentation with delicious flavors. Guided by Andrea, we picked some phenomenal dishes and of course, San Felice wines. All while sitting outside, close to a pool in the middle of Val D’Orcia… if perfection exists, it must be close to this experience! Thank you!
