On two different occasions I came here for dinner with friends to try this new place for me. The first time I took:
-Tagliatelle with 40 yolks: the tagliatelle were good but the ragù was dry and not very tasty for my tastes
-Risotto with Vialone nano and Venere rice
with rabbit bites, courgette flowers, scamorza cheese and saffron: very good but for all the cream there wasn't enough rice
-Guinea fowl CBT stuffed with bacon and walnuts with pumpkin, marinated red cabbage and salty crumble, good even if I found this one not very tasty either
-Pork cheek CBT with mash, very tender and good and I preferred it to the guinea fowl
-ice cream with balsamic vinegar, very good
The second time I took:
-Tortelli with potatoes and mortadella on a cream of parmesan and balsamic vinegar, very good
-Gramigna verde with sausage ragù, very good
-Cotoletta alla bolognese, not bad but not one of the best I've tried
-Meatballs and peas: good but nothing exceptional
So let's say that between ups and downs you still eat well here especially for the first courses

Really fantastic restaurant in Bologna. I had phenomenal tagliatelle with ragù. The Argentinean sliced meat was also good. Compliments, I would return.

We returned after coming the first time in February and it confirms itself as one of the best restaurants we have dined in. The menu offers special combinations that go together perfectly, one of the few places where you can taste all the ingredients you read on the menu for the choice of dish. Definitely a place to return to when we want to eat well and try new things

The cotoletta bolognese was good but not formidable. The cold cuts with tigelle were good. 2 dishes, a glass of wine and a bottle of water for 50 euros...it seems a bit above average to me.

Ristorante perfetto per una serata intima e di gusto. Locale gestito alla perfezione, dal servizio molto accurato, alle pietanze presentate divinamente e in grado di deliziare il palato.
Bravi, servono ancora ristoranti così dove il tempo rallenta a favore della buona tavola!
Locale tipico ben arredato, di atmosfera. Servizio straordinario per cortesia efficenza. Sono andato due volte in pochi giorni. La prima volta tra colleghi dopo la fiera e siamo stati trattati benissimo sia come cortesia che come qualità del cibo e rapporto qualità prezzo. Quindi dopo 2 giorni siamo tornati con clienti stranieri. Oltre a mangiare benissimo velocemente e in un bel ambiente, il personale è stato meraviglioso nell’aiutarci a gestire la degustazione dei nostri prodotti. Produciamo spiriti e vini. Sicuramente da consigliare sotto ogni aspetto.
