11/10/2025: I'm in Rome with my son, and we head for lunch at this historic trattoria, which opens at 12:30, but we didn't have a reservation. Luckily, they give us a table, and for an hour, we're immersed in a Roman atmosphere of lamb with "parate" sauce, meatballs with tomato sauce, and artichokes "alla giudia" (Jewish-style). The staff are incredibly kind, and the food is unforgettable.
08/10/2025: The food is typical Roman cuisine. Nothing special or surprising. It's famous for its history, but I prefer places with good service. The service could be much better, and I've been there four times. Always awful...

12/10/2025: A very clean and welcoming place, attentive waiters, and smooth service. I knew I was on the safe side when I booked dinner to celebrate my anniversary, and we weren't disappointed! The strength of "Mazzo"'s dishes lies in their balance of flavor and character, while also giving a nod to Roman tradition! They also have a wide selection of wines (I can't say much about this because I'm neither a drinker nor a connoisseur, but my partner was pleasantly surprised). Here are a few photos to give you an idea of ​​what we ordered. We hope to be back soon!
03/10/2025: Francesca and Marco never disappoint. Eating here is a mystical experience. A caress to the heart. It means loving yourself. And we love them dearly. Highly recommended.
