We used a voucher for one night but ended up staying four. The inn's strength is the friendliness of the owners, two hard workers with a great deal of creativity in organizing. The cuisine is excellent, light, and always varied. Comfortable rooms with a stunning view of the valley. There's a lovely wellness area and play area. We really hope to return. The Maira Valley is a gem.

Spectacular place... we ate very well, the relaxation area is in a strategic point, a dream two hours with my partner... but the best are the owners, Melissa and Simone... who make everything unforgettable... we will definitely be back!

07/08/2025: As an American living in France, I was thrilled to find somewhere that actually knows how to use a smoker! BarBees was a dream. The menu was amazing. We tried the mixed platter, the brisket, and the homemade hazelnut ice cream. It was the most beautiful marriage of American and Italian styles. You won’t regret it. Go.

L'inedito Vigin Mudest

04/10/2025: A traditional Piedmontese menu with well-executed and tasty dishes: the beef tartare was excellent, the tajarin with rich ragù sauce was rich, the veal braised in Barolo was tender and flavorful, and we finished with a bunet (a typical Italian pasta dish) accompanied by a truly delicious hazelnut gelato. The price was fair for the quality and the comprehensive menu. We had lunch outside in the piazza in front of the restaurant. Service could be improved, but it was very friendly and professional. We'll definitely try again.
31/08/2025: A wonderful experience. Definitely worth a try. The tenderloin is exceptional.
